Just a quick reminder to add more than one admin to your Facebook Business page following the awful situation that happened back in June when those with sole admin rights were removed from their Business Page & consequently unable to reply to customer messages & post on the page.
If you add a friend, husband, family member you are able to turn off notifications to them so they don't get involved in all the Facebook notifications from your page - but it means you are safe in case this happens again!🐦💙

💙🐦#IntrotweetTip! Consistency is KEY when it comes to Social Media & making sure you are seen across all of the Social Media platforms. We recommend not to get too caught up on the 'perfect' amount of times to post per day & actually focus on finding the amount that's perfect for you!
Don't commit to posting 3 times every day when you know this is unrealistic to you, instead focus on 1 perfect post per day which gives value & interest to your audience!🐦💙

Thanks Introtweet for giving us a place to commiserate when our FB Pages went bonkers and kicked us all out. While I know there was nothing you could do about that, you extended your virtual arms and gave us a community full of the support we needed. So many of us have our business mostly on social media. This is a place where we can easily connect, so it was nice to have a company like yours be here when that went sideways. Now I’m excited to get to know your business. I already know that you give great support and to me that’s what really matters.

I super enjoyed the Facebook workshop, I have learnt some valuable tips and have taken a lot of stuff away with me from the workshop. There is so much to take in and the workshop gave a great whistle stop tour of key things a business needs to be thinking about/doing. I now now what I need to focus on and what's hot with FB; and what this whole 'meaningful interaction' is all about! How to engage for success... Variety is the spice of FB! I am looking forward to future training and would love to do more workshops. They are amazingly helpful. As a new business I feel I have only scratched the surface, please do lots more training!! :) Thank you for your support, I would recommend your workshops to all businesses.

I had a refresher course with Pete and he was spot on! Two hours flew by with Pete and he gave lots of handy tips and pointers to increase our following and engagement on social media. Since the course, just two weeks ago, we have seen 200 more page likes on Facebook and lots more engagement across all of our social media platforms. Definitely worth the time spent learning these new skills and I highly recommend introtweet to any business looking for training on any of their social media platforms!

I cannot rate Introtweet highly enough, thank goodness for their page! When Facebook pages went down with the removal of Page Admins this was the only place I could find any information about the problem. I was so relieved to find somewhere I could get updates and understand that the problem was not just with my page but with other businesses. It provided a place to connect and share info. I really appreciated the support that was given during a really stressful time! Thanks so much.
