Went into the new Chelmsford branch of this store today. Had a smashed iPhone 5s. Was fixed within half an hour with a new screen and the tempered glass screen protector, good prices and really friendly staff! Would definitely recommend :) Thank you!!

Very helpful chap Darran! Have been many many times due to having bit of bad luck with phone smashes! Can always relay on him to sort it out within the hour!

Very happy with the customer service, the technical service, the cost and most of all the turnaround time. Badly damaged phone repaired in the time it took me to have a coffee. Really impressed.

Took my husbands phone iphone in as it wasn't charging...it was fixed while I waited which was less than 10 mins staff was soo helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. I recommend 100%!!

Took my Samsung Galaxy 7edge in to be fixed in Magherafelt shop as the screen was smashed.. Apart from charging me £100 less than another company the phone was fixed perfectly and staff were really helpful and friendly.. going back again to get an iPhone 6s screen replaced.. would definitely highly recommend this company..

Took iPhone in to get screen repaired, despite it being in the lead up to Xmas and the madness, phone was left in late one afternoon and was available for collection by 10.30 next day. I found the service excellent and the 2 lads in the shop easy to deal with. The lads were happy to answer any questions and had time to speak, which was great as I am not technology literate.



I will use itek again and will happily recommend them to friends and family

Thought my iPad was finished as I had broken the headphone jack which was stuck in it, after attempting to gouge it out with a screwdriver to no avail went to see Darren at Itek who fixed it, whoop, whoop!!!!!

Thoroughly recommend this shop. I didn't want to hang around in Chelmsford and they kindly repaired my iPad screen in such a fast time! The screen is done as it should be and they have put a plastic film thing (not sure what they're called) on for me, all great. I thought the repair was reasonably priced especially with such a good turnaround. Genuine part as well.

Professional and courteous. High marks all the way around - kept me up to speed on the progress of my repair, answered all my questions and the price was fair.

My partner had gone in 3 times and they had run out, said would give us a call which was fine and that because he had kept going in would get a screen protector thrown on top.



Partner went in tonight, was told it was £70 but in the end he paid £60 also no free screen cover.



So just double check your prices other then that so far the screen is fine.
