Not only he responded quickly on a bank holiday but he took the phone in for an emergency repair. He kept me posted at all times and took no further steps unless I gave my consent, and he gave awesome advice so I could make informed decisions. Now my phone is back to normal and hopefully it will last as much as it should have after having had a new screen and battery fitted. I will recommend Jamie to all my friends!

Took in a Samsung A5 with a cracked screen. Jamie successfully repaired this but in doing so broke the proximity sensor, the middle button was loose. The phone started turning itself off and eventually broke, I politely tried to reach Jamie and he didn't respond to my messages. Ended up taking it to the official repair shop in Bristol, which cost me the same as what Jamie charged. I wish I'd just gone straight to Samsung first in hindsight. Would avoid.
