we always have a great time at the Jet centre wether we're bowling, outdoor golfing, cinema or just playing the amusements. we would also recommend the restaurant Koko the food is fantastic.

We are just home from a bowling birthday party im Superstrikes and I couldn't have been more impressed with how patient and attentive the party host (Kyla) was, the food was great for the kids and we didn't feel rushed at all. Took a lot of pressure off us and they all had an absolutely brilliant time! Thank you!

The laser tag this evening was great fun for my son and his friends joint 6th birthday party. Great fun had by all and would highly recommend it! The staff Was really helpful and friendly - a fun-filled activity �

I was the lucky winner of a fantastic prize of the new phaser party in alley cats. It came at just the right time as it's exactly what my little boy wanted for his 7th birthday party.

I can honestly say it was amazing. We were very well looked after by our 2 hosts. Both were very pleasant and helpful and genuinely looked like they were enjoying their jobs.

The kids all had a fabulous time (rosy cheeks all round). They were all so excited to get trying out the new phasers and they weren't disappointed. The kids food was great as were the platters we ordered for the adults.

We were all very impressed and I think the phasers are a fantastic addition to alley cats, keeping the fun and excitement going for the slightly older kids.(mums and dad's can, and some did join in too, they loved it!!)

Well done to the jet centre and to alley cats and many thanks for our amazing prize. We will definitely be visiting again. 🖒

I had been put off going to Superstrikes since the bumpers weren’t allowed for over 15s (i have a condition which means i would be disadvantaged) but today I went with the family and found out the rule had been reversed - really pleased and happy - will be back again soon! � (the cinema is lit � too)

I can not say enough good things about Super Strikes. The staff were so helpful. They went out of their way to make my daughters birthday party run smoothly and accommodated our every request. Thank you so much for an excellent afternoon and to the staff who made everything so easy.

Had a bowling party today and could not fault it from start to finish. Staff where excellent and went out of their way to accomodate one of the kids who needed gluten free to make sure he got a meal would definately recommend and we'll definitely be back �

Great for a family day out, kids morning cinema club for £1.50 is such good value, my kids love ally cats and the arcade games. Have yet to try the the mini golf but will do so soon. Lots of great offers on! Staff are friendly and helpful

Been here several times really like the fact they have so much on for the family, great arcade area where the children get tokens for prizes, nice wee mini golf area, bowling plus a cinema and a restaurant everything you could want in the one place. Always nice and clean. Staff seem friendly enough. Reasonable prices. Only downside is some of the cinema screens i feel the seats arent tilted enough so when in with kids and even adults etc can be hard to see over peoples heads but i see this issue with alot of cinemas. Overall i enjoy coming here :)

We were there on Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed myself along with my brother and nephew..staff very helpful and polite....great day out

We watched a movie and it was great staff I found to b good no problems at all must say over all it was a fantasic afternoon even the movie was brilliant

Really enjoyed the my little pony party this morning, good activities and great film. Although an improvement in the organisation of these would help in future. It was not clear how the activities were happening and very little space between the sand art (I pity the person who had to hoover that out of the carpet) and the face painting and glitter tattoos. More space between them and more staff would have made this part more enjoyable in my opinion. Thanks again and keep up the gd work

Went and seen logan on Thursday the heat would put u out was told there was a problem with the heating pity it wasn't fixed when we went to see Beauty and the Beast on Friday the air con was on full had to sit threw a movie with a winter coat and scarf on thank goodness it was a bad evening and I had them with me ... poor kids as well freezing x

My kids love the jet centre, most staff are really friendly but as of recent I was in Alley cats with my son and daughter and noticed all new younger staff. The new staff stand about and gossip with each other instead of doing there job! The toilets where a disgrace so obviously weren’t been checked. The smell coming from them was sickening! We had to ask to have toilets cleaned and then 3 of them started to debate who was going to do it! Very immature.

I really like the Jet Centre and have been a couple of times now to go bowling after a meal in yoko. Went last night to bowl in a group of ten (£70 for 2 games!) we all wanted to pay separately and after we all had paid the man at the counter insisted that 1 of the 8 of us hadn't paid. Even though there was 10 of us and we had all paid!!! He got us our shoes and we proceeded with our game. When we had finished our first game he wasn't going to put our second game on but eventually he did. All 10 of us where a bit embarrassed that we were being accused of not paying in full after we had all dished out £7 each.

No one in the company was after a free game of bowling and the man at the counter couldn't even count up to 10 so who's to say it wasn't him making a mistake or trying to do us out of some money.

I will be back, but I will be very careful next time.

Very disappointed in the soft play. My 7 year old daughter couldn't play in the younger area with her 17month old sister. She was simply pushing her calmly and safely around in a car and was asked to leave. I understand if children are being rough or not with a younger sibling being asked to leave but I think your rules are very strict. I can't see the difference of a small child being accompanied by an adult than an older sibling....ridiculous! I won't be travelling from Ballymena to use your facilities in the future.

Very bad mannered staff when I asked to change my order and also got pure ignorance when I asked to pay the rest off my card when i didn’t have enough money in change. However the member of staff already had cashed off the full amount before telling me I had to pay another 50p, I apologised but she sighed at me and told me rudely that her till would be 50p short now while she walked off shaking her head.

Just out from watching Paddington 2, might as well be sitting outside in minus temperatures, so cold my children have came out with freezing hands and red noses! Would rather stay at home, and wait for Dvd release.

Just back from 5th birthday party in alley cats. It was awful. I had 16kids there and was informed that every party only gets 2jugs of juice irrespective of the number at the party, which meant I had to buy 2 more jugs of juice. We had to ask for our food as it was running late, I could understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. While we were in the party lane we were ask by staff to remove our belongings from our seating area as the staff wanted to tidy up, this was 30 mins before the party was due to finish. The kids didn’t get their ice lollies either which I had paid for in the package. The service we received last year wasn’t good either but I gave them the benefit of the doubt this year only for it to be worse. I paid £164 for a party and left extremely dissatisfied and all my guest noticed how bad it was.
