Kettlercise is a complete body workout. It burns fat and tones muscles in a fun and easy to follow class.
Kettlercise Gwent Description
Kettlercise is suitable for those wanting to lose fat, tone muscle or both! It works every major and minor muscle group and can burn up to 1000 calories per session!
Kettlercise is different to other types of kettlebell training as you use a lighter weight over a longer period of time instead of doing reps with a heavier bell. It's a non stop program with 37 moves.
Everyone aged 16 and over welcome.
We're a friendly happy bunch so if you fancy joining our fitness family you're guaranteed to be welcomed and motivated whether you're a complete beginner or more advanced.
