Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a physical (or manual) therapy specialising in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury.

NMT is innovative in that it combines the best selection of soft tissue manipulation techniques developed by pioneers from a variety of professions such as osteopathy, chiropractic, naturopathy, trigger point therapy, etc.

Through the application of Neuromuscular therapy techniques we can enhance the function of joints, muscles and the general arthrokinematics of the body.

Joseph Downey NMT, graduated in 2014 from from the College of Complimentary Medical Education (CCME) through the National Training Centre of Ireland (http://www. ntc. ie /).
Before studying Neuromuscular Therapy, Joseph graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in 2011 with an honours degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences.
