Lakeside Holiday Park

well were do we start we have had a great time caravan clean park tidy staff all happy in there work very friendly realy welcome you small site that's all needed nice to see staff happy in what they were doing and can say they all looked like they wanted to be there so keep up with all your good work

When u enter the park you notice how clean everywhere is. The caravan was outstanding so impressed . The staff are so pleasant and happy they seem to love their jobs and it really gives a fab atmosphere to the camp its like one happy family . Its my first vist but wont be my last .

We have just got back from a lovely holiday. Caravan was lovely had everything we needed and had a great view of the lake. A short walk to the beach. The club house was great my son especially loved the mini disco. Food and staff were fantastic. We enjoyed it so much We booked to go back next year.

We have just come home from a wonderful holiday at Lakeside Holiday Park, and it was absolutely amazing. The twin bedrooms were quite small but thats what you get for a standard three bedroom caravan, we were lucky to get this holiday though since it was one of the last caravans available. Absolutely loved the holiday park it has fishing for fishery men and a large pool for older children as my daughter loves to go in the pool and she has learned to swim here too. I am very proud of her but she needs to work on a couple of things. The activities are fantastic and they are very entertaining for kids. Would definitely go again on holiday there as it is close to the beach and town center. Lakeside we will see you soon!!!

We absolutely love lakeside best site about just got back from yet another long weekend break and as always just perfect the pool the boathouse the staff the food all just the best highly recommended will be returning as soon as possible thank you once again

This was the 3rd year running we have been to Lakeside and loved it just as much as before. The new kids park is lovely, and the children's entertainment is superb as always (they always have such a great way with the kids - even getting all the adults up with them on the final night). Staff always helpful when needed and the bar staff are friendly and always have a smile. Bar food is tasty and good value. Just a shame that they can't cover the pool as we came in October this time and we normally come in the summer. Will be returning!

Stayed at looe in Cornwall was travelling back to Wales on the Friday but decided to have a few days on a site closer to home and found lakeside on a Google search... Had a brilliant time the children enjoyed it more the last three days than they did in looe.. Also my boys loved the fishing.. So did my husband as he's a keen fisherman... So they were all happy.. Booked next years holiday before we left :-) 2 weeks this time tho... Thank you everyone at lakeside x

My other halfs grandad brings his family here every year, its been our second year ( got back yesterday ) what a fab place. And booked again for the same time next year! :)



Caravan is loveley and clean, beds are comfy, pool is clean and nice and warm, boat house club on site is great night out, great entertainment for the kids & lovely decent priced food.



Natalie the kids entertainment great, Katie is quote miserable. But kids enjoyed themselves

I have been to Lakeside 4 times over the past 5 years, great value for such brilliant size caravans. The onsite entertainment is pretty good especially the bingo - could do with a bit more space and other events.

Great onsite fishing lake and park for the kids. Never tried the pool as we always go on Easter half term. Can't wait to visit them again next year!!! :)

Amazin site, amazing staff, loved every minute of our holiday and will be returning next year! Absolutely loved kelly the bar manager and Becky and Nicola the bar workers! We will miss them lots! Local to burnham on sea town, food lovely, reasonably priced, pool perfect and park and arcades Amazin for kids! See you next year guys, we're excited already! Xxxx

We went out of season so it wouldn't be run with children ..we mainly used it as a Base but had a lovely time. Caravans were good ...you got what you paid for...hot water when we needed, heaters &tv ...entertainment in the clubhouse was very good and was enjoyed by all who attended. Food at clubhouse was good and staff friendly. Would we go again...most certainly YES!!!

Just returned from a lovely week away here and we wasn't disappointed. Lovely little site within close proximity of the town + beach. The caravan was clean + comfortable and situated beside a lovely lake. The evening entertainment was particularly good especially for the children. We would definitely return again in the future 😀

We booked the boathouse for my mums 60th birthday party 16th of December. Everything was lovely the venue, staff, buffet... however the DJ ruined it. Playing all the songs he wanted as he sang along happily to them. We requested Christmas songs to be played, Phill Collins songs as my mum loves his music and Disney songs as she has loads of grandchildren... he played no songs we requested at all!!! The kids were going up asking him to play songs and he was refusing!! My niece said to the DJ can you please play frozen for my 2 year old brother cause he's crying and he replied to my 8 year old niece that oh well your brother is going to have to cry then. He really let the place down. Happy enough to play and sing along to songs that he liked at our expense �

Positive points were clean caravan, well kept park, friendly staff and a short walk into Burnham on Sea town. The negatives for us were the swimming pool was basic, amusement arcade was small, clubhouse was too crammed with tables and chairs, not enough vegetarian options on food menu, couldn't park car outside caravan and finally the entertainment was aimed at the older generation only.

Just got home from a 4 night stay. I thought the caravan was very nice, just what you need for a short break. The boat house provided some good entertainment but very small room and felt like tables were very close to each other. My only complaints would be that for such a small room the microphones were way too loud and everytime the kids screamed into the mics it scared the life out of my baby. Also the meal selection for children was very limited, not sure why most places only do chicken nuggets/chips pizza/chips etc as it's very boring when that's the only option every night. Ended up getting a few microwave meals from tesco for something different as obviously you don't want to cook whilst away or I certainly don't. All in all a nice place but had to drive down to Brean everyday for the kids to play in the arcades, fair, pool as nothing to do in the day (weather was rubbish so couldn't use the outdoor pool as planned)

A lovely clean park, very quiet, not much to do, but we used it as a base, caravans very clean and basic, was disappointed with our caravan as I rang the week before we went to upgrade I also informed them I'm disabled , but our caravan was very small, living room ok, but I couldn't get in the bathroom or bedroom, I went to reception and asked for a bigger one but was told there was none available although the camp was nearly empty!! Never mind I just used the living room area, just a bit disappointed,

We paid over 700 quid for our caravan , the bed linen was rubbish didn't stay on the bedding the tv was no bigger than an average sized tablet not that we sat and watched telly the whole time it's not the point and it cost my partner 26 quid for a round of drinks for 4 people in the boathouse ! Entertainment was only an hour long a night and wasn't exactly spectacular we ended up leaving the park every night to the town to save some money! Will not be returning and wouldn't recommend unless your money grows on trees!

I went for a weekend the first time and it was fantastic but when I returned a week later for a week it was awfull the caravan was a bronze for the weekend and silver for the week but somehow the bronze was by far superior to the silver and as for the entertainment teams show well I have seen much better it was terrible. We will not be returning the best bit of the campsite is the daily visit by the ducks.

We requested Christmas songs to be played, Phill Collins songs as my mum loves his music and Disney songs as she has loads of grandchildren... he played no songs we requested at all!!! The kids were going up asking him to play songs and he was refusing!! My niece said to the DJ can you please play frozen for my 2 year old brother cause he's crying and he replied to my 8 year old niece that oh well your brother is going to have to cry then. He really let the place down. Happy enough to play and sing along to songs that he liked at our expense �

My only complaints would be that for such a small room the microphones were way too loud and everytime the kids screamed into the mics it scared the life out of my baby. Also the meal selection for children was very limited, not sure why most places only do chicken nuggets/chips pizza/chips etc as it's very boring when that's the only option every night. Ended up getting a few microwave meals from tesco for something different as obviously you don't want to cook whilst away or I certainly don't. All in all a nice place but had to drive down to Brean everyday for the kids to play in the arcades, fair, pool as nothing to do in the day (weather was rubbish so couldn't use the outdoor pool as planned)

All in all a nice place but had to drive down to Brean everyday for the kids to play in the arcades, fair, pool as nothing to do in the day (weather was rubbish so couldn't use the outdoor pool as planned)

A lovely clean park, very quiet, not much to do, but we used it as a base, caravans very clean and basic, was disappointed with our caravan as I rang the week before we went to upgrade I also informed them I'm disabled , but our caravan was very small, living room ok, but I couldn't get in the bathroom or bedroom, I went to reception and asked for a bigger one but was told there was none available although the camp was nearly empty!! Never mind I just used the living room area, just a bit disappointed,

We paid over 700 quid for our caravan , the bed linen was rubbish didn't stay on the bedding the tv was no bigger than an average sized tablet not that we sat and watched telly the whole time it's not the point and it cost my partner 26 quid for a round of drinks for 4 people in the boathouse ! Entertainment was only an hour long a night and wasn't exactly spectacular we ended up leaving the park every night to the town to save some money! Will not be returning and wouldn't recommend unless your money grows on trees!

I went for a weekend the first time and it was fantastic but when I returned a week later for a week it was awfull the caravan was a bronze for the weekend and silver for the week but somehow the bronze was by far superior to the silver and as for the entertainment teams show well I have seen much better it was terrible. We will not be returning the best bit of the campsite is the daily visit by the ducks.

well were do we start we have had a great time caravan clean park tidy staff all happy in there work very friendly realy welcome you small site that's all needed nice to see staff happy in what they were doing and can say they all looked like they wanted to be there so keep up with all your good work

When u enter the park you notice how clean everywhere is. The caravan was outstanding so impressed . The staff are so pleasant and happy they seem to love their jobs and it really gives a fab atmosphere to the camp its like one happy family . Its my first vist but wont be my last .

We have just got back from a lovely holiday. Caravan was lovely had everything we needed and had a great view of the lake. A short walk to the beach. The club house was great my son especially loved the mini disco. Food and staff were fantastic. We enjoyed it so much We booked to go back next year.

We have just come home from a wonderful holiday at Lakeside Holiday Park, and it was absolutely amazing. The twin bedrooms were quite small but thats what you get for a standard three bedroom caravan, we were lucky to get this holiday though since it was one of the last caravans available. Absolutely loved the holiday park it has fishing for fishery men and a large pool for older children as my daughter loves to go in the pool and she has learned to swim here too. I am very proud of her but she needs to work on a couple of things. The activities are fantastic and they are very entertaining for kids. Would definitely go again on holiday there as it is close to the beach and town center. Lakeside we will see you soon!!!

We absolutely love lakeside best site about just got back from yet another long weekend break and as always just perfect the pool the boathouse the staff the food all just the best highly recommended will be returning as soon as possible thank you once again

This was the 3rd year running we have been to Lakeside and loved it just as much as before. The new kids park is lovely, and the children's entertainment is superb as always (they always have such a great way with the kids - even getting all the adults up with them on the final night). Staff always helpful when needed and the bar staff are friendly and always have a smile. Bar food is tasty and good value. Just a shame that they can't cover the pool as we came in October this time and we normally come in the summer. Will be returning!

Stayed at looe in Cornwall was travelling back to Wales on the Friday but decided to have a few days on a site closer to home and found lakeside on a Google search... Had a brilliant time the children enjoyed it more the last three days than they did in looe.. Also my boys loved the fishing.. So did my husband as he's a keen fisherman... So they were all happy.. Booked next years holiday before we left :-) 2 weeks this time tho... Thank you everyone at lakeside x

My other halfs grandad brings his family here every year, its been our second year ( got back yesterday ) what a fab place. And booked again for the same time next year! :)



Caravan is loveley and clean, beds are comfy, pool is clean and nice and warm, boat house club on site is great night out, great entertainment for the kids & lovely decent priced food.



Natalie the kids entertainment great, Katie is quote miserable. But kids enjoyed themselves

I have been to Lakeside 4 times over the past 5 years, great value for such brilliant size caravans. The onsite entertainment is pretty good especially the bingo - could do with a bit more space and other events.

Great onsite fishing lake and park for the kids. Never tried the pool as we always go on Easter half term. Can't wait to visit them again next year!!! :)

Amazin site, amazing staff, loved every minute of our holiday and will be returning next year! Absolutely loved kelly the bar manager and Becky and Nicola the bar workers! We will miss them lots! Local to burnham on sea town, food lovely, reasonably priced, pool perfect and park and arcades Amazin for kids! See you next year guys, we're excited already! Xxxx

We went out of season so it wouldn't be run with children ..we mainly used it as a Base but had a lovely time. Caravans were good ...you got what you paid for...hot water when we needed, heaters &tv ...entertainment in the clubhouse was very good and was enjoyed by all who attended. Food at clubhouse was good and staff friendly. Would we go again...most certainly YES!!!

Just returned from a lovely week away here and we wasn't disappointed. Lovely little site within close proximity of the town + beach. The caravan was clean + comfortable and situated beside a lovely lake. The evening entertainment was particularly good especially for the children. We would definitely return again in the future 😀

We booked the boathouse for my mums 60th birthday party 16th of December. Everything was lovely the venue, staff, buffet... however the DJ ruined it. Playing all the songs he wanted as he sang along happily to them. We requested Christmas songs to be played, Phill Collins songs as my mum loves his music and Disney songs as she has loads of grandchildren... he played no songs we requested at all!!! The kids were going up asking him to play songs and he was refusing!! My niece said to the DJ can you please play frozen for my 2 year old brother cause he's crying and he replied to my 8 year old niece that oh well your brother is going to have to cry then. He really let the place down. Happy enough to play and sing along to songs that he liked at our expense �

Just returned from a long weekend at Lakeside. First time at Lakeside and can't see us returning to be honest. Positive points were clean caravan, well kept park, friendly staff and a short walk into Burnham on Sea town. The negatives for us were the swimming pool was basic, amusement arcade was small, clubhouse was too crammed with tables and chairs, not enough vegetarian options on food menu, couldn't park car outside caravan and finally the entertainment was aimed at the older generation only.

Just got home from a 4 night stay. I thought the caravan was very nice, just what you need for a short break. The boat house provided some good entertainment but very small room and felt like tables were very close to each other. My only complaints would be that for such a small room the microphones were way too loud and everytime the kids screamed into the mics it scared the life out of my baby. Also the meal selection for children was very limited, not sure why most places only do chicken nuggets/chips pizza/chips etc as it's very boring when that's the only option every night. Ended up getting a few microwave meals from tesco for something different as obviously you don't want to cook whilst away or I certainly don't.
