fished speci lake peg 40 had a great day caught all day long on red maggot on the hook black gold ground bait over maggot fishing for silver fish had bream roach skimmers perch its got a great mix of fish on all lakes family run venue shop cafe and toilets make it a great place to fish very clean and tidy

Very well run place. Love the individual bins at each peg, just wonder how many "anglers" use them!!

Top spot with quality sport and as good a breakfast as you will get anywhere

Me and my mate fished here yesterday had a great day , 13 carp caught and 1 Bream

Mike was very freindly and gave us some good advice .

Haven't fished hear for a while as I wanted to try different venues, but I love the place, this was the place that got me back into fishing again 13 years ago and it held my PB until last year.

Great place caught my first carp here and went back today and caught plenty more. The owners are very very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend a visit. Great fishery.

Fished a match here on Sunday with few our club members. None of us have ever been before so wasn't sure what to expect. But fished really well even with the colder weather coming in. The guy that runs it is really helpful came round to everyone's peg and gave them all a few tips on there peg be the match. Looking forward to coming back next year! ���

Discovered this place by accident. Been back 4 times and still catching carp after carp. Would highly recommend to any one who wants to catch decent fish.

Cafe and shop priced very well.. had 16lb out plus loads over 5lb and 8lb very good runs water...

Absolutely love it, I normally prefer the bigger waters but these lakes are an exception! The John Walter lake is my favorite and it never fails to produce a few decent fish between myself and my friend!
