We visited last Sunday afternoon and booked board rider for 340pm. My son who is 9 loves surfing and bodyboarding and has done it a couple of times before. However this time was very different. His instructor was outstanding, friendly and clearly an expert on surfing. He gave him tips and helped him all the way through the session. My son came away buzzing and having learnt way more than ever before. Definitely an employee that you want to hang on to. Please pass on my thanks and praise.

Visited yesterday with two 10 year olds, they loved the slides and the waves were great fun! Look forward to another trip there soon, well worth it!

User

Very clean indoor water park for families traveling to Swansea

User

Took my 4 month old and 2 other children swimming and they all loved it! The pool was lovely and warm for my baby which made the experience even better as there were no tears! Even had a photo of her first time from the pool photographer which was a lovely extra that we didn't realise we could have! Can't wait to come again as a family. Staff were also all very helpful.

User

Staff were helpfull and considering it was busy it was organised well.very clean and a variety of changing rooms from small to large the pool wasn't overcrowded so we were able to go on the rides I few times this was do to the time slots which was a good idea when busy definitely will be going back

User

Second time here yesterday in about a month.. yesterday we were a group of 8 adults and 6 children all of which has a great time we only live 30 mins away from bluelagoon but will travel a hour and 20 mins away to visit here any day much better value for money and a better day out

User

My little loves playing in play area and very useful as she has dancing straight after

User

My granddaughter and I had an amazing time. There was so much to do. She loved the added extras such as the surfing experience and climbing the wall and the charges for these were nominal. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped me book our day in advance. It was nice to speak to someone over the phone rather than online. Can't wait to visit again.

User

I’m a member in the gym and I LOVE it!! The selection of classes and times are awesome too 👌🏽

User

I brought my 4 year old here yesterday for the first time he ever went swimming as he is normally scared of swimming lovely volcano slide and water play he absolutely enjoyed staff was lovely as I explained about he might not want to go in due to being scared she said that it's absolutely fine and I can take him to see it before paying, should of brought him here sooner got him off his fear of swimming the photographer was friendly too lovely idea to have her take pictures during little ones swimming :-)

User

I absolutely love this place, the facilities in my opinion are the best around and the classes are amazing. The only thing that lets the place down is the online booking system, it drives me insane!!! No it’s seriously rubbish and I’m sure I’m not the first person to whinge about how logging in and navigating is not the quickest/easiest. Still deserves 5* though.

User

The pool was great. We had a family break and I got 2 Groupon allowing 8 of us in and paid for the other 3.

The Staff were not so good. First the women found a booking for 4 but couldn't find the rest, so that took some time.

We then went to get our armbands. The Moron handing out the bands counted the tickets, threw them in the bin and gave me 1 armband per ticket, though 2 of the tickets had 2+2 on them. I then had to find my receipt.

Once in we all enjoyed it, a good facility but bad staff in our experience!

User

The children love coming to the pool. I brought our two age 1 and 4 and my friends little girl 4 with us to swim today, I mistakenly said my friends little girl was 3 (baby brain and I always think of her as being younger as she's so much smaller than my boy) I corrected myself and said she's 4 but the woman at the desk said we couldn't go in because I had said she was three. (I know my mistake I feel very angry at myself and upset for the children). What I would like to question is my 4 year old had his level 3 swimming badge and can happily swim by himself yet I can't take him and his one year old sister in the pool (who also dose lessons and swims on a noodle) without another adult yet I have a friend with 3 kids age 5, 7 and 9 not one of them can swim or have any idea of pool safety yet she can and has taken her kids in on her own. I think this is completely stupid and it should make a difference if you can prove your child has past swimming tests. As you can imagine we now have 3 very upset children

User

Taken my baby swimming here at baby and toddler mornings and the pool isn't all that warm and when you get out the pool the changing rooms are freezing!

User

My sister and I went, booking in advance. The location is easy to find, car parking ok (by lunchtime huge queues to get in and out) and £1 can be claimed back. The queues inside are ridiculous, even to pick up tickets. Then there is a queue to use the pool changing meaning you could miss your slot. My niece and her pal went in the pool, lots of queues for slides.

The lift to the spa is inside the changing room and you have to open the lift doors by prising then open with your hands. Quite bizarre! The spa changing rooms were clean and spacious. The spa desk was unmanned and no paperwork was completed. The spa was clean but small, the jacuzzi and steam rooms were very nice, no pool at all though. Good value for £5.95, take your own towel.

By the time we left, lots of cars had tickets, some on verges etc so watch out!

User

Excellent pool for children. When is the cafe going to start using recyclable coffee cups? I had to go to the Waterfront cafe for coffee today as staff refused to use my eco cup.

User

Very poor form. Only opened at 1pm & this was bought forward from 4pm due to English half term that was different to Welsh half term. Made you feel like it was a huge favour too. However, it is a Leisure Pool - confused as to why not open all day regardless of when in the term!!! Consequently there was a long wait to use the pool with inadequate cafe facilities. Cafe Bistro was not serving and so all that was available was the lobby area that was rammed with everyone having the same grim experience.

Leisure pool facilities were very disappointing - big queues for the slides - goodness knows what it would be like during the Welsh half term then!!

Reception staff were not forthcoming in their explanations of how the facility worked. It was a 1st visit and there was no explanation that to partake in the boarding - this required an advance reservation.

Changing area very clean and spacious. Pool areas very clean also.

User

Never had any problems before.. but today my partner was refused entry because he had our 2 children with him.. which resulted in a very distressed upset little 2 year old.. some people may think it's reasonable to stop him going in the swimming pool as "the rule" is one adult to one child.. but then I would love to know why he was allowed in last week.. one minute u can then u can't! Very very disappointed in the service down there today and disgusted that You are able to change rules as it suits!! Which resulted in both my children being disappointed!

User

Been going nearly every week for years and yesterday one of the lifeguards spoke to me like a dog! I’m old enough to be her father and my crime was putting my inflatable ring in the ride with out being asked! Something I’d done a 100 times! She dressed me down like a child! I did report her and had a voucher but I was so embarrassed and angry at her attitude! Girls like Ceri should not work with people unless they have people skills!
