Managed to escape from the office for a day, thanks to Vic and Jai covering today’s move. We got to look at some new products and meet up with a few of our trade suppliers and insurers.

So today marked the start of a new journey for our customers , packing and loading their small holding. Tractors loaded houses loaded and even a heavy (really heavy )stone alpine planter took its place aboard our lorries . Day one of three ,thank goodness the rain held off !

Had a new delivery last week 500 !!! new blankets for our expanding fleet . No scratches or damage on our watch ! #No body likes it ,as much as we Lovitt !

Second move for these customers although this time it was a bit further, all the way to Holland!

Lovitt Removals are looking for drivers and porters to join their team, you will need a clean driving licence and have some experience of driving Luton's or LWB vans (drivers only). There will be a lot of physical work carrying furniture and boxes. Training will be provided using lifting straps, etc if needed. Casual work to start with, salary £8.50 an hour. Only one box moved today but it was rather large from Exeter airport.

A Lovitt team was undertaking moves to France, both moves were near Sourdeval, Normandy. One was along a small leafy track while the other included a nice warm dinner cooked by our lovely customers. Nice weather and a smooth ferry crossing made this an easy removal to Europe.

A four day office pack and move from Wincanton to Lynton which included a grand piano and the contents of a nine suite conference centre. The furniture was placed into the customers rather rural storage facility up a long track, special boards were made by the Lovitt team so the vehicles could get access to the new location.

From a far side of a ford in Holnicote nr Porlock to a new home in Buckinghamshire.

This weekend our team did a move from the lagerbox storage facility in Leverkusen, Germany to Timberscombe in Somerset. They left Friday evening from Dover and arrived safely back Sunday in time for dinner, then an unload yesterday lunchtime completing the planned schedule without any problems. A big thankyou to Ice Motors for always keeping our trucks ready to roll wherever they may have to go.

Busy day yesterday on a move from Upton to Tiverton, the guys were running around like headless chickens!

Yesterday was a busy day, with a move from Frome to Fitzhead, our five man/woman team moved everything with ease including a piano and the contents of a music room. The lovely customers plied us with the best homemade flapjacks and brownies around! Making it a most satisfying day for sure!

We moved from Minehead to Weymouth at the end of March, with the contents of our house and additional items that filled a Lovitt’s storage unit. We opted for the full removal service, including packing and cleaning. The Lovitt’s team did a fantastic job - nothing was too much trouble. They arrived early and worked very efficiently. Their calm and courteous support took all the stress out of moving. Everything they packed arrived safely and was placed in the rooms we had designated. The cleaning team left our old house looking good for the new owners. We certainly recommend Lovitt for removals and storage. A five star service!

We moved from Germany to Exmoor with "Lovitt" and had the best team on our side we could find. Perfect management, very friendly and helpful. Very nice stuff and very good communication! Clear recommendation and 5 *****

We fell on our feet by using these people to move us. Tim and Mark arrived right on time, and accommodated all our needs with a nothing too much trouble attitude. The company delivered brilliant customer service throughout from each person in the chain. Thank you Lovitt, from Chrissy Staunton and I, we are looking forward to November when you move us again, this time into our dream home.
