What a joke for a company, people are saying you inflat prices and you have not commented sounds like your guily why would anyone in there right mind use you . Honest opinions are what count not made up feedback ..total joke

Unprofessional, rude and conmerchant. I wouldn't use them.

The initial customers service of this garage was fine, but once you make a complaint/comment about a repair that you had paid for going wrong within 3 days watch out. The view of the staff member was 'hard luck'. When you try to offer a compromise or a suggestion on how they could improve the customer experience in the future they did not reply. Overall an extremely disappointing experience in using this garage and won't be going back

If you really must purchase a car from this garage do not part with any money under any circumstances until you have a written paper copy of the contract of purchase showing all figures of purchase and any intending deposit giving full details of the car and accessories. Also a paper copy of any intending finance agreement showing full details of monthly payments ext. Otherwise you will leave yourself wide open to any alterations to any verbal agreement that can NOT be relied app-on.

Once you have parted with any money if you change your mind you will have great difficulty in getting any back.

Do not accept Darren (the salesman) words that there is no need to sign or see these documents until you collect the car.

I have learnt from bitter recent experience that you can not trust what he says verbally. I ended up walking away from this garage losing some of my holding deposit.

Take my advise and look elsewhere. Ie. Exeter , Cardiff

Had been on the phone to them several times over the course of 4 days arranging to drive down all the way from London to view a vehicle and fill in the finance forms only for them to be selling the vehicle to another customer as we got there and them saying they had told us not to come down today(Saturday) which was untrue.

The most shocking customer service I have ever come across....... a waste of time and money.

Yet they say they pride themselves on their customer service!

Well....home truth it’s rubbish!
