Another Great Theatre Break at the Templestowe Hotel, Torquay.....

The best. No other way to discribe it... from first call inquiry to stepping off the coach after the tour. Tremendous value for money. They throw so much extra at their tours, especially the Rhine Valley, Amsterdam and The Bulb Fields. With qualified and knowledgeably experienced drivers who sometimes act as unofficial your guides, they can make the your into much more than just a break or a holiday. What they are not sure about they find out from their own circle of drivers in just a phone call. I was on a Lake Garda with probably the best driver I have been with, and what he didn't know about the area was lost in the mist of his wonderful tour management and superb driving skills.

Same story on a Italian tour. The drivers were just so helpful and certainly knew all about customer care and what should be done for the mutual enjoyment of the fare paying passengers.



Majestic, for a small family run business is probably the best well into the future, because they care if you have a great holiday...and care even more in the very unlikely event that you dont .

Our trip was the Cotswold tour with majestic and we were based at the Brittania Hotel in Coventry. We will never go with majestic again because of this old, run down, dirty hotel that needs complete modernisation. The only good thing was the food, but not waitress served, you have to queue. Because of its situation in a run down part of Coventry,the noise outside prevents sleep and there were no opening windows or air conditioning and it was baking. A horrible experience.

OMG what a fantastic break. I book for 7 of us my children aged 13,12,9,6,1. I was really worried about the coach trip and duration especially for the younger two. But it was fab we left 5 am got the 10 pm but it didn't feel that long . The driver (good old Gerald) was fantastic. He made our trip enjoyable. The inly complaint is could have done with another day or two their. Can't recommend this coach company enough

Just returned from suncliff hotel Bournemouth hotel was lovely. Excellent staff and food great day trips with the driver Neil who was a fantastic driver who was always ready to help thank you majestic and Neil, will be going back again for sure

Just returned from a trip to Disney Paris, we’ve had an amazing time �

I have just returned from a trip to Disneyland with my husband and 3 children (5, 3 and 8 months) and just wanted to leave a review saying what a fantastic job Majestic have done. The coach was lovely and clean (the USB charging ports will be an extra bonus when you get a chance to get them working!), our driver, Mike, was lovely and very helpful. We had adequate stops to break the journey up and lots of Disney films to keep us entertained. We got the ferry crossing from Dover to Calais with DFDS and the ferry itself was very pleasant. We travelled with P&O ferries last year and it was horribly crowded and dirty whereas the ferry we travelled with Majestic was very clean and had a little play area for the children to run around around and burn off some steam.

There was a little confusion when we got to our hotel (the Cheyenne) as they had booked us as a school trip but it was solved very quickly.

The hotel itself was brilliant. It was Toy Story/Cowboy and Western themed which was fantastic for the kids. The continental breakfast buffet was very nice and offered a good selection of foods too.

The extra magic hours in the park between 8-10am was a fantastic bonus!

We will definitely be re-booking with Majestic in the future :)

Hi on are way back from Folkstone the driver Pete was so nice and helpful had a great week the hotel never changes but at least it clean and tidy would be nice to have a change instead of Ostend try something different and just one thing when we got of the ferry to go PJ's someone try to open the door it was a imragrants how to we stand if he did get in can we push them out thanks Amanda

Had an amazing few days away in Disneyland Paris. Colin the driver was fantastic and the films that was put on made the journey seem a lot better and helped pass the time. Was a great package and well worth the money. Will definitely look at booking again with Majestic to go back to Disney again.

Absolutely loved my trip this year to disney for christmas (14th - 17th dec), bob our main coach driver was fantastic. absolutely lovely and the 2 others were great getting us to our pick up/drop off points. Sooo thankful we went on the eurotunnel instead of the ferry, brilliant smooth ride and had lots of great stops along the way. Stayed at the cheyenne found it to be brilliant and loved the fact we were in blocks so much easier to find it in the dark. Hopefully booking next December again as a solo traveller. Just hope next time we have plugs on the coach lol so i can charge my phone and watch my dvds i packed for the journey. Would be lovely if next year its an extra day there as i would love to do 2/2.5 days at the parks and a morning/ day in paris itself. Would happily pay the extra money. Brilliant value holiday well worth the money and only wish i could give more stars. Will definitely book the wild west show through you

Went away to the Grand Burstin hotel in Folkestone for my dad's 50th birthday celebrations weekend just gone. Coach was always on time and James, the driver made the trip much better! Only query I would have is the amount of drink some individuals were consuming in the back of the coach and the driver done exactly nothing about it.

We recently returned from a Majestic Coach Trip to Disneyland Paris. It was such a good trip and what I believed to be good value for money. The coach driver was very good and friendly. 2 hour early access to the park came in very handy. Although we did have one problem we encountered. When booking the trip away, the leaflet stated we would be staying in the Disney Cheyenne Hotel. This persuaded us to book the trip even more as my boyfriend had stayed in that resort previously and really enjoyed it. Although when booking confirmation arrived it had the Disney Santa Fe highlighted. We were a bit confused but did not question it as it was only a place to sleep for 3 nights. On arrival we had problems with the hotel which although Majestic were not liable for, would possibly not have happened if we were in the hotel we originally booked. We continued to find more things wrong with the hotel as the days progressed. To top it off, we found out the Disney Santa Fe was the 'budget' Disney hotel. This annoyed us as we had paid for the Cheyenne hotel. Even if both hotels were of the same price through Majestic, if we were to book through the hotel direct, it would not have cost the same price. Majestic overall was very good, however more clarification at the booking and confirmation stage is needed.

Just returned from a four day tour of Chester Liverpool and Manchester could not fault the Hotel < OUR Driver Steve was brilliant the day trips and guided tours were first class we are going to be booking up again very soon for another tour

I went to Disneyland Paris for two days including two days travelling there & back. Our coach driver John was fantastic and was very polite, Gosh know how he know the route as it was a long route but he was brilliant! The parks were fab & the rides were great fun and the hotel we stayed at, the Sequioa Lodge was lovely and our bedroom was fab. Coach journey was long but we had plenty of stops on the way which was fine :) I would recommend it apart though on the way from Plymouth to Bristol the mini bus we had was not we expected as we were told we would be going on the coach from Brentonside to the park not from Gordano

Pick up point was informed M5 junction 24 services paid for taxi from Bridgwater only for the coach to go back into Bridgwater bus station 5 minuts from where we live. Hotel in Leeds Bradford is very budget based had to ask for a room clean very dirty especially under the bed found a receipt from October 2017 trip was June 2018!!!! food was terrible no vegetable selection to match the courses. Entertainment third rate. Staff are brilliant very friendly.

Stayed at 4*urban hotel but food was not 4*. Breakfast was good but the evening meals were terrible., dried up fish, tough pork steak, oven chips and on the last night minced beef and onion pie with oven chips and peas.The feeder back was a long wait 120 minutes at service arrived 2pm left 4pm

After travelling with yourself last year to Disney and having a fantastic time both on the bus and at Disney, me and my partner was excited for our trip on the 13th october. We didn't have the best start to the trip as when we was waiting for the bus to pick us up in Newport a taxi driver who could not speak much English came up to us asking if we booked a taxi we said no we are waiting for majestic Disney he said no no we didn't take much notice as we was waiting for the bus 10 mins later another taxi driver came up and told us we had a taxi to the services and was shearing with two men. On the bus the driver didn't put any films on like the driver did last year. At the euro tunnel we wasn't allowed to look around we had to get straight back on the bus. When we was back on the bus the driver asked if anyone wanted to do a beer and wine run. Only 3-5 people wanted to go so the driver took us I heard a lot people commenting that the driver took us as he wanted to pick up created of cans which he did, others thought it was inappropriate as there was children on the bus, also the driver said that doing it on the way into France you can drink it in the hotel rooms. Back on route to Disney the journey took longer than the year before this was because the driver had gotten lost and we had gone up and down the road and around the same round about 3 times. What most people said and we thought that it was silly that the driver didn't even have a sat nav. The Disney part was most enjoyable. On the way home the driver did put two films on however not many people could hear it as the volume was so low. The driver also liked his foot brake as when ever he broke we kept jilting forward with the seatbelts on. On the way home the bus was swerving a lot making he journey very unpleasant. Also on the way there and way back we riding have many comfort stops as before and still got to the destinations later than the previous year wen we had lots of comfort stops. The drivers name was nic. My partner and I are now in two mind if we are going to book for next year. If the experience was like the first time we would most defiant book again.

Travel on the 6th Dec from Plymouth to supposedly the Birmingham Christmas Market....it took 10 hours on the coach because of so many different pick-ups, then we arrive to a hotel (Faulty Towers ) in the middle of nowhere in Coventry broken chair, big cobwebs in the room, down the hallway was a leak ice bucket catching the drips right next to the lights �.



Food was fine ...next morning left to go to Market shopping at 9.30, Arrive in the centre of Birmingham at 10.40 the the driver told us to be back on coach for 15.30 !!!, Then we get lost on the way back to the hotel arrived back at 16.50.



Next morning we depart 9.30 on are return journey to Plymouth & guess what 10 & half hours later we arrive back in Plymouth , so all that way for a 4 hour & 50 minutes shopping ......���.



If I wanted to sit on a coach for all that time I would have booked a mystery tour trip , not a shopping trip I'am totally disappointed & annoyed at wasting my money & time...

Shame on you Majestic Tours you are ripping people off.



So it is safe to say that I will never take another trip with you and will warn others of the total shambles of a trip you ADVERTISE .........

Just returned from weekend to Folkestone and Belgium - held up for over 3 hours in France and Hotel told us this happens regularly - come on Majestic rethink your timings to allow for customs hold-ups - why not start using the Eurotunnel? Also we were outed from using the facilities due to a weekend booking for 60's group - could not use evening ballroom and bar at all and hence restaurant and bar had queues so long, it was not comfortable at all. Overall bad weekend! 1/100 scored.
