Here at MBH we don't offer an out of hours call out service normally. However our customer was in great need this morning to get the hot water back on due to production requirements. Our engineers attended site, diagnosed the fault and carried out the necessary repairs to ensure the customer could continue to operate as usual.

Here at MBH industrial services we take great pride in providing a first class service when it comes to boiler maintenance and breakdowns. All of our engineers work from fully equipped modern vans and are trained to the highest standard. Our engineer Marc can be seen checking the combustion performance and making final adjustments to ensure the burner operates reliably and efficiently.

Hamworthy Fleet 350v boiler repairs Our client employed our services to investigate a leak on the heating system. Boiler module no1 had failed and the heating system water was being discharged via the condense pipework. Due to the building housing over 100 employee’s a temporary heating and hot water packaged boiler was installed. A replacement heat exchanger was installed, and the remaining 5 boiler modules were completely stripped down, and all gaskets were replaced. The he...at exchangers were flushed through and the condense pipework was removed and cleaned. The heating system strainers and the air- dirt separator was cleaned, and the heating system water was tested and dosed accordingly. All 6 boilers modules had replacement burners and once reassembled the boilers were recommissioned. The gas installation pipework was tested, and a gas safety certificate was issued upon completion of the works.

Packaged heating plant room Our clients brief was to provide an onsite packaged heating plant room to serve a number of individual buildings. The client employed the services of a consultant for the design and specification of the plant for us to install. The specification for this installation included Stokvis LTHW gas fired condensing boilers and Grundfos magna3 circulation pumps. Our engineers carried out the installation of the boilers, pumps and all associated pipework and valves. The BMS system was installed onsite by the nominated controls contractor. The installation was carried out to the consultants specification and delivered to site meeting the delivery criteria.

AH Warren Offices When AH Warren carried out a refit to their offices, MBH were asked to design and install an air conditioning system capable of providing both heating and comfort cooling. We met the brief by installing a Daikin VRV heat recovery system, this provided simultaneous heating and cooling as required within the individual offices. We worked alongside the building contractor from the start of the project which enabled us to conceal all interconnecting pipework and electrical services. within the floor and roof voids.

Gooch & Housego For almost a decade MBH have been favoured to provide all aspects of mechanical services design, installation and maintenance at Gooch & Housego PLC company headquarters at Dowlish Ford near Ilminster. Recent projects include the design and installation of a VRV heat recovery air conditioning and ventilation system to their three-floor office and conferencing suites.

Devonshire Motors We were asked to upgrade the old warm air heating system. Having removed the old warm air heaters we supplied and installed a number of high efficiency Reznor high level warm air unit heaters. These high efficiency units were complimented by a number of low velocity paddle blade heat recovery fans pushing the hot air trapped in the roof space down to floor level. The complete system is controlled by a tamper proof electronic time temperature controller.... The client was very pleased with the installation and improvements in energy in energy and employee comfort.

Wessex Water We were very pleased to have won a tender for a Wessex water wtw to replace two damaged caustic solution storage tanks. This a CDM controlled project required the tanks be cleaned disconnected and with 6 square meters of the roof removed we craned out the two old tanks and replaced them with new Forbes twin skin insulated replacements. Once in place all reconnected new heating elements and new pipework and wiring. Walkways and new roof sections fitted and tanks filled and commissioned. Wessex Water were pleased with the complete project.

Mantra Court We were asked by the owner of Mantra Court to look at the heating and ventilation requirements in the existing building and the new extension. The old heating system was inefficient and would not heat the extension. We designed and installed a warm air heating system using two Reznor high efficiency warm air heaters complimented with a number of low velocity heat recovery fans. For general ventilation we installed two Powrmatic roof fans with low level make up ai...r louvers. We also installed toilet ventilation and compressed air work. The system works extremely well and the client reported he was very happy with the outcome of the installation.
