Mumbles Motor Boat and Fishing Club's Holiday Chalet at Caswell Bay for Hire

MMBFC's self-catering holiday chalet in Wales is in the beautiful location of Caswell Bay. The beach and holiday chalet are near Swansea in South Wales. The chalet has amazing views across Bishop's Wood Nature Reserve and of the evening sunsets.
Situated on Gower, our holiday chalet is some 300 metres from Caswell Bay beach. Caswell is a very beautiful sandy bay, with plenty of waves to surf and rockpools to explore. Life guards patrol the beach during the high season. There are many great coastal and inland walks available near by. An enjoyable stroll to the nearby golf course or Langland Bay offers outstanding views over Caswell, Langland and the Bristol Channel. The seaside villiage of Mumbles is a short drive or walk around the headland and the City of Swansea is only 20 minute drive away.

The Gower coast also provide many excellent sea fishing marks. You can also join our Club for a small fee and go sea fishing on our Club catamaran, Oystercat, in and around Swansea Bay, Gower and the Bristol Channel.

The chalet has recently been renovated and decorated. It sleeps six in a double bed, bunkbeds and a sofa bed. The living /kitchen area is spacious and comfortable allowing you to relax after your day's activities. The bathroom and toilet is bright and modern with a work in shower cubicle.

For whatever reason you are visiting Gower, you will love Caswell Bay, Langland Bay and the many other nearby beaches and activities. Our chalet gives you an ideal location in which to maximise your enjoyment of the area.

A great half term spent in sunshine and a lovely chalet. We have stayed in 2 others on site over the years and this is the best one! Modern decor, good shower and decent mattresses. Chalet well equipped for family meals. Thank you we will be back.

If you are a fishing fanatic you are in the right place. Plenty of bass in Caswell Bay on a low tide. Good fishing tackle shop by Mumbles Pier. Temporary Membership of MMBFC gives you the opportunity to spens abeautiful day out in a boat, at a good price. Janet and Mike have been very helpful.
