Would highly recommend this establishment. Was in town for some shopping and called instore for a case the customer service I received was exceptional the Spanish guy who served me was very helpful and attentive plus I must say he wasn't bad to look at either haha , very handsome young fella I will most definitely be back!!

crumbling, fixed no problem whatsoever.

I was having problems with my data on ee went into the ee shop in ballymena and they tried to fix it and they couldn't plus they were cheeky to me so I went to mobile world and told them wot the crack was with my phone and then the tech guy came out and took my phone half hour later my phone was fixed cheers guys good job
I left my iPhone 6 in to be fixed and it's working perfectly now and also my sons iPad which was fitted with a new screen.

Brilliant quick service. Got quoted 70 pound for a job mobile world could do for 25! So pleased
After some misunderstandings over the past few months, I finally got the 2 phone cases I won back in January. Also got the tempered glass for my husband's phone, just need to wait a couple of working days for mine!
Seems the mix up occurred when the member of staff I was originally dealing with went off on leave.
The 2 boys I dealt with yesterday couldn't have been more helpful or apologetic.
Mistakes happen, I won't hold against the shop, just one of those things... Now hurry up with my new screen lol xx
