We’ve got some news...
I’m extremely excited to announce Miss Lauren Patterson will be working right here at @mstrengthfitnessgym. Lauren will be opening up Personal Training slots from NOW and I have no doubt she will be amazing. She has past experience working in the fitness industry and in Lauren’s own words, “I took the leap and started training in 2014 . Starting a new healthier lifestyle left me feeling so much happier, confident and energetic. I seen changes in my bod...y and had a more positive mindset. I took a keen interest in health and fitness, which lead me to completing my level 3 personal training to enable me to be able to help others as well as myself. I currently train 4-5 times a week and enjoy varied training including cardio, weights and gymnastics! I’m excited to have been offered the opportunity to work with Michelle and her great new facilities!

2019 kept simple.
Stop complaining. It bores everybody else, it does you no good and it won’t solve any problems. I once read, “thank yous are the highest form of thought, and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.” I’ll finish with, that workout ... just do it. You’re one sweat from a better mood. Our first workout of 2019 together this am.

... We had some heroes moving from a basic bodyweight position into a rack with fine parallel Squats using the barbell this week. Progress in clients makes me so fuck*ng excited & chuffed for them.
