Well done New Beach absolutely love the new complex and facilities. Last nights opening was the best one I have gone to, I usually have only attended for an hour max in the past but last night turned into a late night for us. Food was good and entertainment was 5* everyone seemed to be having a really good time and was a lovely atmosphere in there. Very fast service behind the bar as well, never waited more then a few minutes for a drink and the staff seemed very happy and cheerful too, providing excellent service! Thank you New Beach!

User

We have just returned from a 4 day Break. We stayed in a Gold Caravan. To be honest we couldnt fault the Caravan. It was Modern, clean and spacious. Well equipped and comfortable. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and Helpful. The only criticism of the whole site is the Sound system in the entertainment area. We chose not to eat there as we couldnt hear what we were saying to each other. Even having to shout to bar staff to order as they couldnt hear either.

We opted to eat at Neptunes as it was quieter.

Great stay and we will be back.

User

Really impressed with the New new beach club house is really nice now and the staff are amazing rebbeca on the bar was a star!! We set up in total rain pour and dave the camp site attendant was so good he helped us move our tent as been a mix up on reception with our plot and we even got a 2night break!! Lovelt time spent making memories with friends and family definitely will be returning... only thing I would say is water log around the park needs to be sorted and add more washing up area not in the shower blocks!!

User

Just returned home after a great weekend with friends and our children. The staff on reception are very nice and helpful. The ladies on entertainment ,Megan and others made our girls feel very special with the attention they got. The pool staff were brilliant and again entertained our children with their friendly and playful ways. The caravan was good value for money although the floor was filthy so the cleaners need to up their game a bit. Food wasn't great and over priced for what you got and did come out quite late and at different times even though we ordered at same time. The play area is great for kids they had lots of fun and the on site extra activities was also great. We did the Segway for the children and they loved it. Over all a good weekend with plenty to do. Would suggest something is done to help people with their luggage to cars as the cars are to far away to carry bags etc to the caravan. I would offer the golf buggy to help people with this issue as it's quite a lot to expect people to park and transport luggage so far.

Just returned after a midweek break. Didn’t start off too brilliantly but ended on a high. We were booked into a gold plus caravan with a high chair and travel cot. We arrived for check in at 2 and went round to our caravan (129) to find we had no high chair or corned for our 14 month old son. We were looking forward to unpacking and going swimming but couldn’t as we were told (after going up to reception to ask where the h/c and cot were) someone had to be at the caravan just after 4 for the two items to be brought to us. 430 came and still no sign so the oh went up to reception and they said “it’s on it’s way”. 530 still not here and went back up to reception, spoke to manager and within 20 minutes they turned up with both items. 4 hours after arriving we could finally go and enjoy ourselves.

Other than that hiccup (and the curtain rail falling down twice, narrowly missing my son on both occasions) we had a fantastic holiday. Couldn’t fault the staff at all. On the Thursday when we had a powercut on site, they were quick enough to send a text around to make us aware (was a pain having no electric as meant washing a very sandy little boy outside the caravan with a cold bowl of water ) but we made the most of it and went to Hythe of the bus and came back a few hours later (and after a text) to say it was all back up and running.

Thank you new beach for an amazing holiday. All the staff were amazing and Oscar loved the evening entertainment and toddler session in the morning. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and already saving up to come back next year.

I went on the 14 of may and I cannot day a bad word about the staff they helped me out when my little boy when he was really poorly and the baby group in the morning was amazing the staff there was so nice and looked after my little one and he loved them and the caravan was really nice I had the silver plus and I am comming bk and it’s good for my little boy xxxx

User

I came down from Liverpool to stay with my boyfriend who works on site at the moment the caravan was lovely and compact and had all we needed apart from a hoover and a iron I spoke to one of your cleaners Amanda Stevens who kindly offered to lend me her I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends

User

Had a lovely week away with the children, despite the weather, our caravan was situated near quite a swampy area, but we made the best of some slabs that were found, club and entertainment was good, although no Disarano or Guinness which was disappointing, but overall had a lovely time

User

Just left today, had a really good time. Both bands Friday & Saturday we’re good.

Lager £4 a pint .

Little bit sloe serving at the bar, need a queuing service.

Would return

Had a nice 4 bedroom caravan

Lots to do & places to see

User

Just back from a 4 night stay with the grandkids. We booked s bronze plus caravan but had a call from the site offering a full refund as the weather had caused it to be very muddy and wet around the site. After a lot of consultation we were upgraded free of charge to silver plus and decided to take the chance and go ahead with our break. There were a few teething problems-items missing from the caravan on arrival and the beds had not been changed/made. On speaking to reception, this was sorted out quickly. The bed linen and duvets arrived and I made the beds as I could see how busy/tired the ladies were who had been carry out those tasks since early morning in such awful conditions due to the weather. The one disappointment was the swimming pool as the heater was playing up and the pool was not that warm.

The entertainment for the kids was great!

We all had a lovely stay at New Beach and will no doubt come back soon.

User

I found it was a really nice place to stay the club house was brilliant for the kids but we were camping and it seems they stick you far over the back from everything and the toilet/shower block is very outdated not family friendly and at night it is a haven for every insect in the area

User

We liked this place, we had a touring pitch, next to playground close to amenities and beach. Very friendly staff, smiling people everywhere. The only downside was nowhere to run dogs off lead and the sea always seems to be in and haven’t seen any sand although tried many different times of the day. Met people and the lady said to go onto Dymchurch webcam, we did and it was still in!!

User

Warden was absolutely lovely and so helpful! However, waited ages for the bar staff as not many on the tills and waited in the que for 25 mins just to order breakfast because one person was on the till. However, they need a different manager to hopefully turn the place around! Nice field pitch thanks to the warden after it was flooded and we got a dry patch. New manager needed though to turn the place around.

New Beach Dymchurch - Silver Plus

We arrived a bit early on Friday we couldn’t check in u till 15:00 but that didn’t stop us going to the beach and soaking up the 25c sun rays we went back to the site to grab some lunch the new build club house looked amazing and the restaurant and bar area was spotless.

Our food came out in about 15mins and it was piping hot and so fresh and great value for money.

We then went on to our caravan that was behind the club houses bar. Our caravan hadn’t been clean to a good standard and we had no hot water

The

• Floors was filthy

• Extractor vent was covered in a weird substance

• Food in the top of the cooker

• Pubic Hair in the shower

I was on my way to reception when I saw a cleaner walking by so I approached her and she said she will send someone over.

A cleaner arrived and she was in shock to how the caravan was left and said I should ask to be moved she made a call and they said they are fully booked this weekend so she said she will clean it for us. She had no cleaning materials with her she rinsed the pubes away and used a feather duster to try remove the strange substance in the air vent as this wasn’t working she called another cleaner who came and used our dustpan and brush and bushed it all

over the floor and herself. That’s them finished the cleaning.

We had to buy some cleaning products and give it a good wipe over as I just couldn’t relax knowing there is germs everywhere.

After getting back from the evening entertainment I could Finally relax well I thought I could until I could here this really loud humming sound me thinking it’s the fridge or the boiler or extractor fan I was wrong it was the A/C - refrigeration unit the size of a bus humming and vibrating it was from the bar area of the club house.

I went to bed finally got to sleep but kept on waking up with this noise and a flickering lamp post outside 05:00 I had to get out of bed as it was driving me crazy. 2nd night Ear Plugs done the trick.

We had a great time the weather was great the beach is sandy everyone was friendly just a-shame about the caravan.

User

Anyone following signs for touring will miss the reception as it takes you away from it. Check in was a totally mess. Given pitch number that was already taken, then got told to find Dave. Never been before so do not know who Dave is so asked for Dave to come to me at reception which he did not. Once we got a pitch & found the water tap the weekend was brilliant with lovely food & entertainment.

User

The caravan is the smallest oldest caravan I have ever stayed in. Although we booked bronze this is not comparable with bronze at other parks and reminded me of my family holiday in the 80’s!

Not enough swings for the kids,

No activities for toddlers.

Entertainment team not sociable at all and the evening entertainment is really poor.

Where is the hour of party dances for the kids ????

All in all basic camp with basic amenities

User

Me and my wife just had a four day break there at new beach and we wasn't that happy about a silver plus caravan,on the day we arrived and when we get the caravan key and was told where to go,we had no car space to park and was driving up and down to see where i can park!.luckily someone went out with their car and i parked there.we had to walk to the caravan with our luggage and it was all grass and not very level which is not a very good for disabled people.we went in to the caravan and found the cooker on was dirty on top ,the curtains was hanging off the hooks, dirty marks on the curtains and the bed covers so we did not sleep on the bed,so there for we slept on the settees with our sleeping bags!!... i think they need to get the cleaners who know's how to clean and make the caravan's more up standard!!!...sorry for some of you holiday makers, but i hope this does not stop you from looking forward to your holiday with new beach holiday park!!

User

Just had a week stay was pretty nervous as we were phoned before hand to be offered a refund due to bad weather flooding the site However we packed our wellies and took a change. The mud was bad but not hoilday cancelling bad. The on-site shop is bright but badly stocked with a very small amount on sale when they clearly have space to stock more. No atm so cash back only leaving u with a bus trip to town. Construction work with loud diggers and the constant smell of tar and quite loud workmen. laundrette is hard work requiring a card and internet access. The entertainment is clearly aimed at the under 7's leaving my older children feeling left out. The amusement area is nice n small but enjoyable. The play park, nature trail and games room advertised were not build when we visited. The kids loved the pool although it was on the cold side. Reception and shop staff very friendly the party crew staff not so. wifi offered at £12 if u can pick it up in the first place, free wifi no good at all. while we were warned about the mud we were not informed of the ongoing work on site or lack of facilities available that were advertised on the website. Over all it was an ok hoilday I wouldn't return but im sure once it's finished anyone with kids under 5 would really enjoy it but wouldn't recommend for family's with older children.

User

We booked a gold plus van which we had never done before so was really excited

Our van was right next to the club house so was kept awake till gone midnight, the door in the main bedroom was broken causing my 6 year old to get trapped in, 1st morning we went to have a shower and there was no water pressure and the little amount that was coming out was freezing cold, cutlery had dried food on, a pan under sink with dirty water due to a leak under sink, everything had to be scrubbed in boiled soapy water

I went to reception to ask to be moved as this was unacceptable she was very unhelpful Just said il email the manager and there are no other vans available and we could get a refund which will take 7/10 days if I wanted to drop my keys if didn’t want to stay

After going back again to reception and asking for a maintenance man to come he arrived and was very helpful he changed the door handle and explained there was a water issue a massive leak (why we was not told this I have no idea) we spent the whole morning waiting for things to be fixed and the water to come back on before we could go out! The swimming pool changing room smelt like urine and dirty hair all over the floor

We arrived home today very tired

I have emailed customer services as I think this is absolutely disgraceful

I would never go back to this site and that the people on reception need to be trained with some customer care skills

Great stay and we will be back.

Alison, Jack and Oscar xx
