We love this place and go every time were over and the staff are very friendly we love the karaoke and have never seen any abuse of customers in all years we been coming not saying it hasn't happened but I have never seen it

Have seen kids in at the top part of pub but at end of day this is a very adult orientated environment and Saturdays are rammed and the karaoke songs can be a bit raucous but then again its a pub for adults

Dave who runs the karaoke and the other karaoke guys are funny and love people to have a laugh

I wouldn't take my children in because of the adult atmosphere but if you don't know then you don't know

Me and my wife had a great afternoon , fab staff , top entertainment, brill karaoke singers ­¤Äż­¤Äżgreat place to be thank you ­¤æŹ­¤æŹ

Lovely atmosphere and brill band well done bar staff

Brilliant day in the packet saturday 24th march kareoki till 8 pm then a brillianr 3 piece punk rock band called Snatch from 9 pm till chucking out time only dissapointment the band didnt play any Sham 69 songs but so wot ’┐Į’┐Į

Stayed for a night in Scarborough and this was one of pubs we came in and we enjoyed it xxx

The landlady is a miserable woman who needs to learn how to speak to the public - wont be in a hurry to go back in

Very very rude and aggressive for no reason except we moved a chair but we just laughed at her and carried on enjoying ourselves. Dont let a witch like that spoil a great night out! ’┐Į’┐Į

if you donŌĆÖt want glasses outside donŌĆÖt give people them... told my friend piss off when she asked if we could have some shots....

Worse pub in scarbourgh! landlady absolutely terrible they thought it was ok to hand wash glasses under a tap ( really) and serve customers with them, we all complained then the so called landlady said 'it's because its busy' I had terrible coldsores and wouldn't want anyone to drink out of my glass before it had been properly cleaned! all the landlady said was if you dont like it don't come back she's got her wish we definitely won't be. DISGUSTING!!!

What a rude Land lady. One of her bar staff, who I found out later was only doing her a favour serving and glass collecting, spilt my pint over my leg. He then laughed and only said sorry when he realised I was not happy. He then proceeded to swear at me. When I asked to speak to the manager she was very aggressive and swore at me. Not once did she apologise or offer me a replacement for my drink. She just kept swearing and asking me what do you want me to do about it. Great customer service, I will be contacting Scarborough Council Licensing Department tomorrow.

To be honest I wouldnŌĆÖt even give it a star! ’┐Į land lady is an absolute psycho! The old woman behind the bar is very rude and aggressive, she used her old age to get away with being so aggresive towards customer's. I think she may need help. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor will I be returning.

Scarborough 10k brought a lot of custom to this pub, the landlady was disgusting , carrying on about only having 20 allowed outside, shouting at people about glasses , how did we know we arenŌĆÖt psychic! No one outside was rowdy, drunk, or rude. We arenŌĆÖt your family or your bezzies or indeed your regulars there is such a thing as customer care perhaps invest in attending a course. if itŌĆÖs your regulars you are catering for please say regulars only on a sign on 10k day, along with a 20 people only sign. The pub was very happy to take our money though. Will avoid in future.

Rude bar staff...couldnt get on karaoke....locals get priority over everything...i will not be going in here again...without tourists..this pub would probably be shut ’┐Į

Land lady is rude, I have never ever been in a pub before where someone from behind the bar talks to customers like she does it's disgusting I feel sorry for her poor staff!

Land lady attitude sinks even screamed in the face of a pregnant girl. We only got in and didnt even have chance to get a drink went out side to decided what to do as the club was filled to the brim. The little aggressive land lady came out screaming in my sisters face fucking get out if u bring a drink out side. But we did not even have any. Clothes lined one of our other friends to for no reason. She was bouncing all over out side screaming get out get out am phoning the police your going on face book. Standers by looked mortified. You well and truly showed ya self up even our taxi driver told us she is a vile little women. Never ever use this pub.
