No. 2 Warmore Cottages is a wonderful, dog friendly, newly refurbished Devon holiday cottage right on the very edge of the Exmoor National Park with a national cycle route literally passing by the front door! In a small hamlet of just five houses, this spacious cottage sits on the side of a river valley with stunning rural views to both the front and rear. There is off-street, private parking for 3 small or 2 medium to large cars to the front of the cottage. Dulverton "The Gateway to Exmoor" is less that 3 miles away and offers an outstanding selection of independent shops and superb pubs /eateries which is so rare to find these days.

The cottage has only recently been refurbished and is now beautifully presented and filled with a wonderful mix of new, antique and restored furniture and decorative accessories. There is a wonderful lounge-diner with a log burner, very large dining table and huge, super-comfy, squidgy sofas festooned with beautiful cosy cushions and throws to snuggle up with. Add a 42" plasma TV (with Humax box providing access to various "FreeSat" channels), DVD player and Denon music system to provide everything needed for a cosy night in.

The cottage has three beautiful, individually styled bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (the third bedroom has "zip-link" beds, allowing for either a king-size or two small single beds format). All have coordinated black-out lined blinds & wonderful little touches to make them feel very special & elegant whilst remaining homely and welcoming.

There is a small private, enclosed and gated garden to both the front and rear of the cottage, allowing you to appreciate all angles of the fabulous views on offer. The rear garden has a paved patio area on a level with the utility room and kitchen with gated steps to a raised, grassed area above. There is a lovely wooden dining set with cushions and a parasol (seating six) on the rear patio area plus a beautiful two-seater "bistro set" to the front making a lovely spot to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee. There is also a kettle style BBQ and utensils for you to use.
