We always make a point of visiting this pub when we are in Scarborough! The selection of real ales is always an experience, and now they have an amazing selection of gins to try! A proper pub like they used to be, great atmosphere! Friendly staff and customers. 💞🍻

We always make a point of visiting the North Riding when we come to Scarborough , we are always made to feel welcome , the beers are always excellent . It's dog friendly too if we lived in Scarborough it would be our local !!

Very nice pub very nice beer and friendly staff we stopped over night and found nice bedrooms comfy beds very nice breakfast. Will definitely return again

Real pub with great range of beers, several brewed onsite. Top class and knowledgeable staff and the locals really are friendly. We visit several times a year when on holiday in Scarborough and always look forward to it.

One of just a handful of what l would call 'Real Pubs' left in Scarborough. This one has its own brewery attached too. A brilliant Pub, well run by Stuart, Karen and family and their excellent staff.

Lovely bar with good range of ales on ,called in for Sunday lunch the food was excellent and well worth the money 2 courses for £6.95 ,we ate in the dining room upstairs and we were catered for very well staff friendly ,will call again next time I am in Scarborough

Just had a couple of nights there. The room was comfortable and quiet with a nice view of Peasholm Park. The range of beers was impressive. The breakfast was delicious.

Great selection of real beer, gins and one decent draught cider and the bar staff are gems

Finally got round to going after hearing about it for so long. Wonderful beer, very reasonably priced, lovely staff and welcoming locals.

Fantastic selection of very well brewed ales, think we tried all that was on offer this weekend, staff are friendly and the locals are great lads, simply a must to visit if your in the area.

As we had to cancel sunday lunch we decided to drop in for a pint. Fab beer and staff when we are back in town we will be coming back.

100% good; this applies to numerous visits. Karen is a lovely lady and always cooks a nice breakfast. And OMG the beer is so yummy.

before we headed in to Scarborough open air theatre.we had a few beers .there was lots of cask ales and drinks

.we tryed a gin and beer which were nice and well priced

Only stopped for 1 on a Thursday lunch time so pretty quiet non the less we had a warm welcome and a decent pint, we'll definitely go back again
