Where do I start to thank Norton House for my amazing wedding day. I would love to thank Alan and his fabulous staff for the running of the day and how smoothly everything went. The food was beautiful and very accommodating to guests as I know that two people changed their order on the day. Everyone commented on the evening buffet and how nice the food was. The renovation of Norton House is wonderful and the rooms are a high standard and our guests commented on how nice the venue is. Thanks for making my wedding day AMAZING.

We had our wedding at norton house last July and it was perfect, from the planning, making everything unique to our requirements, helping with every last detail on the day and night and ensuring we were always relaxed and happy. Staff are brilliant and the venue is beautiful. Food was amazing and we had so many compliments especially on the canapés. We had our first anniversary lunch there today and graham came to check on us, remembering us from last year. Think we will make visiting for anniversary lunch an annual event. Thanks to all of you. We can't thank Alan, Amy and all the staff at the Norton House enough. The first time we visited the beautiful venue we felt the relaxed atmosphere and knew it was the right place for us to get married. Everything was just perfect. The venue and the rooms are beautifully decorated, the food is outstanding and the staff were efficient, excellent and so friendly. If we could do the celebration again, we would certainly choose the Norton House. A huge thank you again for helping make our day so special xx

There were 16 of us here last Sunday for Dad's 70th Birthday and a wonderful time was had by all. It looks beautiful after all the refurbishments: a blend of the chic and modern with the traditional. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. But what really sets it apart was the service which was exceptional. It was raining when we arrived and staff offered to take our coats and umbrellas. How thoughtful! Although we were a large group, we were not neglected, the staff being most attentive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars from me! Thank you x

We got married on 17th Feb 2017, and had an amazing time, food was great, staff was very helpful and polite, and the venue itself was lovely. Planning was made easy, and the staff decorated the dining hall beautifully. All in all the whole day and night was faultless, and we will be returning next year for our anniversary. Thank you

Throughout our planning process Alan and his staff were incredibly helpful and happy to make changes when I asked. I'm so happy that we had our wedding at Norton House and look back at our special day with fond memories.

Just had my daughters wedding here and it was wonderful. The venue is perfect and the staff were brilliant. The food was amazing. The bedrooms are lovely and our room whilst not in the main house was lovely and very spacious also very clean. The heavens opened all day but rain had stopped enough to have some fotos in the grounds in the evening. I would definately recommend for a wedding or any special event. Can not thank Alan and the staff enough for what they did for our wedding. They helped make our wedding perfect. All staff worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble. From first enquiry to the morning after the wedding we were made to feel special. The food was amazing and enjoyed by all the guests. No complaints at all. The renovations are brilliant and everyone was so impressed. Would highly recommend to anyone considering getting married here.

Brilliant room, absolutely first class restaurant, staff are superb.

Booked for the Father's Day Lunch here and what a revelation. The newly refurbished hotel is tastefully decorated and the table was laid out immaculately with roses and a menu typed with our name on. The meal choices were varied and when arrived at our table were plentiful. I had the Rib of Beef which filled the plate and was really succulent. The other courses were also very fresh and tasty. A bottle of Tomos beer was given to all the dad's as a gift and there was a guy on guitar singing in the background. As it was a hot day were took our coffee and drinks into the garden. Would be nice though if soft drinks were available on the pumps instead of little bottles.

10/10 Norton House we will certainly be back.

There was an unbelievable stench of sewage where people were seated and where they were serving food... several of the people complained and the staff tried to mask the smell by spraying air freshener ever half hour...



For this place to hold a 3 star rating is unacceptable for any guests to endure.
