Well what an experience I had! Watching a great film #KingArthur:Legendofthesword

I became very unwell 😩Having had to leave the film before it had finished and almost passing out in the entrance the staff were amazing. One lady most of all who was outstanding and went above and beyond her job. I thank you for your wonderful kindness and help...even walking me to the Ambalance!!! Odeon Bath this lovely lady needs some super recognition xxxx.

Very enjoyable experience. Friendly staff, comfortable seating all washed down with a great movie. Can always moan about pricing but in terms of the experience, great.

User

The staff at Bath Odeon was extremely helpful...also thoroughly enjoyed the film....

Staff always friendly and helpful, everything is always tidy and clean. And the kids movies for £2.50 are great value.

User

Nice clean and comfy cinema. Price for a family of 4 was a bit steep, early bird prices perhaps?

I love The Odeon And The staff Are Great. Just wish The limitless company would Get my card sent to me. Waited 3 Months. Then say my Photo was not OK. Why not tell me sooner ¡¡

I go at least 3 times a month and the staff are always really friendly and helpful.

My only irritant is people who eat food out of very noisy wrapping. Sitting next to someone masticating is really frustrating. I know you can't stop people eating but can you change the packaging.

User

Film was great. What a shame I had people chatting next to me and wouldn't shut up. Apart from that everything was good

User

Always great service and great staff...clean as a whistle with a great atmosphere.

User

User

Decide to go on a whim, staff were really nice and helpful always a good sign. Film was to begin at 14:20 - 14:30 adverts began 14:40 Film started. After all that it was warmer out side in the rain then it was in the cinema.

Nice cinema, but I've been twice now and it's the same again so cold. I probably won't go again and definitely wouldn't go without a coat it was so cold had to put my hands in my pockets and everyone there was wearing coats and hats. You'd think you'd put the heat on

User

I've just come back from a film tonight.

I understand there's a 'heat wave' at the moment, but to have no ventilation or air con at all is ridiculous. It turned the entire movie into a sweaty mess and people were dripping by the end of the film.

It was like watching Pirates of the Caribbean IN the Caribbean. +1 for authenticity, -5 for hydration, -10 for viewing pleasure.

Was this a mechanical fault or is there no set up at all for air flow (or otherwise) in your screens?

I been to Odeon yesterday afternoon to see the movie Logan , I forgot my sunglasses on my next chair, we been the last couple in the screen room when we left the lady comes to clean up the popcorn and staff. I didn't realise in that moment, I did call them back on reception to let them know about my sunglasses and they said that there was nothing to declare no lost property from yesterday.I know was my fault I didn't check my chair but it's shame on staff appropriates things from others.

I think the blonde lady has a collection home .

Shame !!!

Hey so was thinking about going to watch cars 3 with my son and partner. Looking at your prices online and to me it doesn't make sense. Why can you get 4 people in on a family ticket (£8) cheaper than what you can for 1 adult price (£11.25) doesn't seem to make sense? Paying £8.25 for my two year old to watch a film seems to be pricey when a family ticket you split 4 ways and there paying £2 each were I will be paying £30.75 for us to go? Can you explain why this is?

Price list I've copied from your website

Ticket Price

Adult £11.25

Child 12 years and under £8.25

Teen 13-17 years £9.50

Senior £10.00

Student ID required £9.50

Family 1 Adult + 3 Under 12s £8.00

Family 2 Adult + 2 Under 12s £8.00

Film...great! Cinema experience not so great the person sat in front was constantly playing on his phone and scanning eBay and the young lad a few seats down did not stop eating crisps and rattling packets and jiggled his feet making the whole row of seats wobble! Toilets were messy, no loo role, no hand soap! Couldn’t excess are pre bought tickets on the machine either but the lady one the desk got it sorted swiftly
