Matt and I rang in 2019 in style. Hot chocolate, the gold pomander of Aura-Soma and the Alchemy crystal singing bowls. We expressed gratitude for all 2018 brought, remembered Christa who we lost this year and set intentions for the year ahead. We are truly blessed to be as weird as each other! When I went to see Maria for my first Aura-Soma consultation I felt completely lost. Maria was lovely and made me feel at ease with her lovely down to earth nature. I have been using the crystal bed for about a year and on a monthly basis now because there is one so close (thank you Matt and Maria). It is always a warm and welcoming. All you have to do is lie back, cocooned in blankets and just let go.

Like most healing work, energies can be stirred up and you will process things for a few days after the treatment. This is the healing taking place. It is a really beautiful experience and one I would highly recommend. Thanks again to Ogham Holistics!
