Just back from a lovely Carol Service in Bushmills ,enjoying a mild dry night, walking along streets bright with Christmas lights and good cheer.
Time to enjoy the company of family and friends and forget about what you might have forgotten to do .

It has been a hectic few months and the last orders needed in time for Christmas are currently being fired . A big thank you to everyone for your support and custom . The shop will be open on Friday and Saturday as usual . It will also be open on Christmas Eve for those last minute shoppers who pop in every year looking for something a little different.

Shopping Event of the Season in Bushmills
The Christmas tree has arrived in Bushmills and it will be Christmas before you know. For those who like to be well organised with their Christmas shopping or who would like to combine a pleasant meal with a stroll along the Main Street then Bushmills is the place to be on Thursday 29 November when many of the shops will be open until 9pm.
... Christmas decorations should be up in One o' One by then so do pop in if you are passing.

Diary Date
The RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association) fund raising coffee morning will be held in Bushmills Community Centre on Friday 27 July from 10am. Everyone is welcome.

Bushmills is getting ready for the annual Salmon and Whiskey Festival over the weekend of 9 June .
Tickets for the Friday evening Banquet by the banks of the River Bush have gone on sale this week and are selling fast so get your tickets ASAP to avoid disappointment.

My apologies for lack of posts recently . Time flies and I have been busy with the routine , the planned and the totally unexpected . This is my favourite time of year . Fishermen are back on the riverbank and the dawn chorus is a pleasure to listen to .
