I'm sorry but customer service and general service is poor and I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this. There was a time when you guys actually used to be helpful and even get back to simple emails or even let you know about jobs etc but the last year I wonder how you keep going when you can't even get back to a simple enquiry about a job. the last time I emailed was only a few days ago and still heard nothing as usual! disgusted to be honest.

I have not been impressed at all and can only justify awarding one star. I think the problem is too many chiefs and not enough Indians and you are not a name but a number scenario
