looking forward to getting back to a yoga class or two at Orba this week. After a hard weeks training it is essential to fit in time for yoga or pilates and no better place to do it, as Bridin really knows her stuff and leaves you ready to do it all again.

What can I say! From the beginning to end a lovely memory to have. ( The warming welcome from Miss beautiful Caroline and the care and attention that she gave, as my Dad would say! Nobody could hold a candle to you! Totally worth her weight and gold! The Spa, bubbles so relaxing, Sauna lovely and the massages devine. I know I was in knots of stress but this lovely medicine definately done wonders. I slept for the first time in quite a while a lot better. I will most definately be back to Orba. Such a quiet, perfect place and Id recommend it to anybody with off coarse Miss Caroline carrying out the lovely treatments. Thankyou flower xoxo)

Took my aunt to orba for her 50th birthday. As a group of 9 we had an AMAZING time. Nibbles and bubbly as soon as we arrived and there was no empty glasses the whole evening. The hot tub is amazing, the sauna was fab and the treatments were unreal. The burlesque dance class was fab and so much fun lol. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to everyone. Thanks to all the girls at Orba for making the whole experience amazing xx

I had an amazing experience at Orba, ive had constant back and shoulder pain for years (serious lack of excercise) but after my massage at orba im pain free for the first time in years. Caroline and Bridin are excellent. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and cant wait to become a regular at Orba.

I couldn't recommend Caroline and the girls in orba high enough. I took a group of carers out for a little TLC. The attention and treatment we received was fantastic. We will definitely be booking again

So next time was today. The place is truly amazing tucked away where it is. The facilities are amazing and the staff are lovely, friendly & kind. I enjoyed seeing around the place and so got to see the "dry" sauna and the out doors hot tub. I got also to see the changing rooms and the treatment room. In this room you are spoiled with all things relaxing & refreshing, nourishing the body & the soul. I also got to see the exercise room & it is quite big with lots of equipment. So I would like to thank the staff for an amazing morning, for the tea & treats and to all the brilliant stall holders. There was a range of items from candles to creams, from rocks to cakes. Thank you and don't worry I'll be back. Shirlee

Had the most amazing massage in Orba's new therapy suite the other day, with excellent treatment from Caroline. I felt superb afterwards, my aching muscles well and truly rejuvenated. Cannot recommend the new facilities and wide range of therapies enough.

Great we evening with the girls so relaxing and lovely treatments thanks to Caroline and Leona thankyou so much we will be back . ��

Caroline you are an absolute star.. I so enjoyed my body massage so relaxing and just what was needed for my challenge last weekend. I have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family..... keep up the good work and I will be back in orba soon.....

An amazing gem of yoga studio and spa in a beautiful location. I went to the yoga retreat and had a lovely time. The team are fabulous warm and welcoming professionals, nothing is too much trouble, and the positive energy will stay with you after you've left. Highly recommended! Xx

Usually when you book something when your pregnant they will hardly touch you -but Caroline gave me a full body massage that helped relax me and baby-I would definitely recommend to anyone who is pregnant! The atmosphere at Orba is amazing and Caroline couldn't do enough for me. Thanks again and I will be back soon!! :) amazing and highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Orba, ive had constant back and shoulder pain for years (serious lack of excercise) but after my massage at orba im pain free for the first time in years. Caroline and Bridin are excellent. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and cant wait to become a regular at Orba.

I couldn't recommend Caroline and the girls in orba high enough. I took a group of carers out for a little TLC. The attention and treatment we received was fantastic. We will definitely be booking again

I attended the open day today and had a wonderful time. I have never been to Orba even though it is only about a mile from my home. I have passed it often but always said I'll stop next time. So next time was today. The place is truly amazing tucked away where it is. The facilities are amazing and the staff are lovely, friendly & kind. I enjoyed seeing around the place and so got to see the "dry" sauna and the out doors hot tub. I got also to see the changing rooms and the treatment room. In this room you are spoiled with all things relaxing & refreshing, nourishing the body & the soul. I also got to see the exercise room & it is quite big with lots of equipment. So I would like to thank the staff for an amazing morning, for the tea & treats and to all the brilliant stall holders. There was a range of items from candles to creams, from rocks to cakes. Had the most amazing massage in Orba's new therapy suite the other day, with excellent treatment from Caroline. I felt superb afterwards, my aching muscles well and truly rejuvenated. Cannot recommend the new facilities and wide range of therapies enough.

Attended Yin Yoga yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed the class. I also enjoyed the best sleep last night for the first time in I don't know how long thanks Bridin.

An amazing gem of yoga studio and spa in a beautiful location. I went to the yoga retreat and had a lovely time. The team are fabulous warm and welcoming professionals, nothing is too much trouble, and the positive energy will stay with you after you've left. Highly recommended! Xx

A hidden gem �I have just discovered Orba and have started beginners Pilates which is fantastic. Teaching is top notch. Looking forward to using more of Orba’s wonderful services.
