Just had our new stove fitted and so pleased with it, has made such a difference to our livingroom. Fitters were very professional. They done all from taking out old fire which they disposed of till plastering after stove fitted. Always cleaned up after everyday. We priced a around a few places but no-one could beat phillips prices .

Just had my living room overhauled by the team at Philips heating and stoves and I cannot say how great the team were. They handled everything from demolition to finishing. Everything from floor to ceiling. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Brilliant deal too.

Beautiful Charnwood stove and fire surround fitted by two extremely competent fitters. Complete transformation to our room. Phillips showroom definitely worth a visit if your considering a stove.

Absolutely love our new multi fuel stove, has made a huge difference to our new home. Shopped around and you were the best both with range, price and lovely staff. Would highly recommend!

Waited weeks had to cancel fitting 3 Times ,

Then they bring the fireplace and forget to bring ,

The over mantle ,

Owner Maurice will not talk to us as he promised us some compensation ,

Please do not go near him they our a pack of cowboys ,

My partner went here he was planning on buying stove, and flooring for our new house, he purchased cladding from them and had arranged a man from there to come and do the cladding for us, after 4 phone calls throughout 4 weeks waiting for someone to do the job all we got was oh hasnt he phoned u yet to do it? The women that answered said she'd pass on message every time, we have still not heard a thing.Unbelievable
