Woke up feeling brave and managed to get a same day appointment, had 15 inches of my hair cut off and for such a drastic change I love it and so happy with the cut �

Required about restyle this morning and was booked in at 10:15 by the junior stylist! Absolutely love my hair, she done an amazing professional job! Rarely come out of a hairdressers happy but today I did! Thank you so much!

Not been into hair and nails until I came here for Xmas nails 3 years ago. Was put at ease from the get go and have been pretty regular since. All the nails techs are fantastic but Sam is my go to gal. Lauren does a fab job waxing my legs and does a lovely facial too. Shannon does a beautiful job with my hair. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. And all reasonably priced too �

My daughter had her ears pierced last week and we were absolutely thrilled by the service from the young ladies doing it. Had them both done at the same time too. They were both absolutely brill with her and told her everything they were doing the whole way through. Her little ears are healing lovely, no problem. Thank you ladies. I have one very happy 8 year old �

Lauren is an absolute star! Eyebrow wax is a must, she always keeps mine in check! Also had a full body massage and I've never been so relaxed! She makes you feel really comfortable whatever the treatment. Anna is also fab - I'm very nervous about cuts as I have really difficult hair but she always makes me feel at ease and talks things through before picking up the scissors! The salon is great and all the staff are really friendly and welcome, great value for money and superb service no matter what the treatment, 10/10! �

Im new to the area and really NEEDED a good hair cut. So I made an appointment with Prim n Proper. My hair when I went in was a total mess - Id been such a busy person for so long, Id totally neglected myself.

One hour later I emerged looking fab. So Im definitely going again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the salon itself is well designed.

I think I may be trying out the holistic treatments sometime soon too.

I've seen Lucy a few times to have my hair done now and she always does an excellent job, loving my new darker colour after yesterday's visit! All the girls are always super friendly and welcoming.. wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I came to Prim n Proper on 31st December 2016 to get my wedding hair and makeup done by the ladies there, as well as my Mums hair. All of the ladies there were amazing, making sure that it was perfect from the trial till the day of my wedding ... they even went out of their way to buy me a lipstick that matched the one I tried on the trial! I honestly cannot recommend them enough - truly superior service and they made everything so easy and relaxed - exactly what I wanted on my Big Day! Cannot thank everyone involved enough!! I came into the salon yesterday for Gel Polish on my nails. I was a bit nervous as I'd never used the salon before but thought I'd give it a try as its local and the prices are really good. I can honestly say I had a fab experience Melissa was very friendly and chatty and did a great job on my nails - I have rebooked and will definitely be recommending to friends. Also a quick mention for Samantha who I messaged to book my appointment, I didn't realise it was her day off but she went out of her way to make sure i could book an appointment for the time and day I needed! Thank you

Have bought vouchers here before for treatments for friends and family, and can say the ladies who work here have always been absolutely lovely. From what I have been told by my friends and family who received the vouchers, they have loved every minute of their service and treatment, and they would highly recommend. Very professional, best salon in town and reasonably priced. Will be buying more vouchers this Xmas.

Had my hair done with Hannah this morning and she was very accommodating for me and my 18 month daughter. The girls git the play pen and toys out for her so that I could sit back and relax knowing she was contained in a safe place. I was so relaxed having my hair done that I almost fell asleep!! Love the cut and the highlights looks great too!! Thank you Hannah x

Had my hair cut yesterday with Shan. The whole team are lovely and very welcoming. I suffer with anxiety and had been terrible all morning and nearly cancelled. So glad I didn’t. My hair is challenging and Shan did a great job. Highly highly recommend and I will be back once I pluck up the courage again lol. Thank you xx

Well I went there with my sister cause it's a nice salon away from the busy town feel! The lady in there who done my nails is fab! Made me feel so comfortable an settled!!
