Hi I’m Molly. I’m a three and a half year old boxer with a long tail with a distinctive twist in it. I went missing on the night of 17th February from my home in Trillick. When I was last seen I was wearing a broad brown collar. Oh yes and I’m chipped so if you find me please take me to a vet and they’ll be able to call my owner.

A huge thank you to all the staff at Danske Bank, Omagh for hosting our latest Police Pit Stop and mass shredding event this morning. Thanks also to everyone who stopped and spoke with us and for sharing your concerns and experiences of cold callers, scams and nuisance telephone calls. If you have been the victim of a scam please do let us know. We realise that many people feel embarrassed at having been scammed and are often reluctant to come forward. Events like those today can help raise awareness and prevent people from falling victim to the scammers. #policepitstop

Stabbed, burnt and near starved to death! The terrifyingly true story of one males struggle with domestic violence.
In a recent BBC documentary, the story of 23 year old Alex Skeel unfolds in front of the viewer's eyes. It details the terrible trauma of victims of domestic violence. The documentary is a prime example of the social stigma associated with male victims coming forward to police.
Although, in recent years there has been a significant rise in male victims contactin...g police, we are aware that some men are reluctant to ask for help! Domestic violence does not discriminate, and neither does your police service.
If you, or anyone you know is suffering with any form of domestic abuse, please contact us via 101.
If you are not ready to speak to police yet, please contact one of the agencies below.

Neighbourhood Officers and the local Crime Prevention Officer will be at the Danske Bank in Omagh on the morning of Friday 22nd February as part of European Victims of Crime Day to answer your questions about identity theft and online scams. We also plan to have a shredder with us so if you have any old documents or letters that could be of use to scam artists or fraudsters then please bring these along with you. We’d love to have some local businesses take part as well. Bring along a single sheet of headed paper and we’ll take a picture of you shredding it and showing your support for the safe and secure disposal of personal data.

We have received further reports of quads and scramblers in the Gortin Glens. Forestry have confirmed that no-one has been given permission to ride motorbikes in this area. We brought our own quad down to the Glens this weekend to have a look for ourselves. Quads and scramblers can be great fun but please remember to seek permission from the owner before taking them out.

Officers from Enniskillen were holding a scene at the Lack Road Irvinestown a day or two ago when a local resident surprised us with coffee and biscuits. We don’t know who you were, but you have no idea just how grateful the officers were. Hours on scene with no break, it meant the world to them. Huge thank you. And those aren’t just any redcurrant puffs...

“Chief Inspector Graham Dodds enjoyed a visit to the REACH Food Bank run by Life Triumphant Church in Omagh to deliver vital food supplies donated by staff working at PSNI Omagh. A collection point was set up in PSNI Omagh pre Xmas and is already well supported with donations. The visit also gave the Chief a chance to grab a cuppa with Rev Graham McElhinney and local residents to catch up on their views and needs regarding local policing”
