Happy birthday Rabbie Burns! We celebrated the great bard on Saturday night with a special sell-out Burns event for 136 featuring piper, a traditional Burns supper and ceilidh band

User

Went to the pump rooms for a traditional afternoon tea to celebrate daughters 21st birthday and how special the staff made everyone feel, how friendly, accomdating, and just wonderful. Well done pump room it gave us wonderful memories to help remember such a special day! Even topped it by producing a beautiful chocolate cupcake with candle. Just excellent

We enjoyed a delicious champagne lunch yesterday. A Christmas gift from our daughter and partner. Just lovely. Excellent food and service. One of our favourite places in Bath.

User

We celebrated my mum in laws birthday with afternoon tea. The service was excellent, music amazing and food so delicious!! We had allergies in our party and fussy eaters but made no difference, all were catered for very well. Just such a relaxing time. Can't wait to go back!!! Thank you.

The building itself is beautiful, we had lunch yesterday and the music from the trio was brilliant perfect for the setting. We had the carrot and coriander soup which was lovely, then the fishcakes which were amazing so light and bursting with flavour. We then toured the bath house and was gobsmacked at how much real history was there. All in all a great day out, roll on tomorrow's adventure.

User

My husband and I ordered the Pump Room Afternoon Tea. It was delicious! Service was good and the room is beautiful with the addition of a musical trio playing too. Even better there was a great deal on giving us two afternoon teas for the price of one - couldn’t fault it!

User

Morning Tea & a Bath Bun. Such an elegant setting ... staff were very attentive.

Piano playing so soft and pleasant.

Very happy made the end of my trip to Bath just so perfect.

User

Lovely place. Beautiful interior, friendly staff. We had Traditional Afternoon tea which was made all the more special because of the trio playing grand piano, violin and cello. Definitely worth a visit.

User

Lovely lunch, fantastic surroundings and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it.

User

Lovely afternoon tea. Service was very good and the tea was very nice too. Given as a present which made it very special.

User

Elegance, music, food, champagne and of course tea

User

Beautiful place, and were very accommodating, no problems for us to sit outside with the dog! Also fantastic ability to cater for my father and myself with food allergies, offering alternatives to let us have the meal we wanted. Waiting staff were great, and would recommend this restaurant to anyone

User

Absolutely wonderful experience on Sunday, booked afternoon Tea for my Daughter's 13th Birthday. Waiter was Matthew, he was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. My Daughter has Coeliac Disease so therefore we ordered a Gluten Free tea for her which was marvellous, she was so happy with the delicious sandwiches and cakes, also loved her Bithday cake which was presented to her. Thank you, Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience which my Daughter will never forget.

Absolutely beautiful room with so much history. We had a delicious afternoon tea served by the most lovely staff, all the while listening to a trio of talented musicians - pianist, cellist, and voilinist. Salmon mousse was delicious, lovely selection of small cakes and 2 fairly large scones each with a small pot of jam and clotted cream for each person

User

Visited the pump room after a morning at the thermae spa for my mum's birthday. We had the traditional afternoon tea with the exception of my sister who is dairy intolerant. They provided a delicious alternative for her and ours was delicious too! The salmon shot was beautiful as was out pot of jade tips green tea!

A lovely experience and one we all agreed was worth the money (I mean live music in a beautiful venue and delicious food, what's not to Love!) And we hope to come back again soon for another visit.

Over from the Middle East with family and sons 20th and did the baths as hadn't been for 20+ years and finished with a traditional tea. Just so very English with quartet playing in a beautiful setting steeped in history. You most certainly pay a premium for this as I think it's a treat, very good service with lovely food. Lovely afternoon, thank you.

User

Nice meal and friendly service. I did not book just walked in and though busy we were seated and served quickly.

User

Had a lovely Champagne Afternoon Tea with my sisters, they provided ham and cheese sandwiches for me when asked as I am very fussy and don’t eat the choice on offer. Nice ambience and live music. Would recommend.

User

Very disappointed in the cream tea. Scone was very small & staff were disinterested. Nobody asked if everything was to our satisfaction & they had the cheek to ask if we were leaving a tip
