Well kept site, clean'owners very helpful this site is a little gem I would recommend it. it's well laid out and has a great swimming pool.
Love this place, just wish I lived closer, everyone is pleasant, even got a steam train station only 15 minutes walk away that takes you all the way to Watchet or Minehead
Fantastic well ran site, nice heated pool with slanted sides so kids can stand up easily. Warm clean showers and good sized pitches.
Chilled and relaxed. Little gem. Shop a little limited in supplies
Back again came last year loved it
This time a chilled holiday went to minehead...relaxed in the pool.....enjoyed surrounding areas and the Blue ball pub is stunning
Lovely site very well kept outdoor pool is fantastic my kids loved it
I liked th site however the caravan does need updating and further attention to detail such a mouldy curtains ect. Our hearing didn't work in the bedroom but the owners were very friendly and helpful.
A lovely little campsite on the edge of the Quantocks and very near to the West Somerset Railway. We found the owners to be most welcoming and fellow campers really helpful. Facilities were also spot on both for adults and children alike. Our son loved the games room. Coupled with the fact you are open all year we will definitely be back
Staff and owners are excellent can not do enough for you. My only reason for 3 stars is the shower blocks and toilets. They are clean but do need updating, also the site has poor aerial reception and mobile phone signal. The roads around the site are reasonable. I think it would be a great site for young children 👶.
Owner and staff helpful and attentive. Swimming pool was great in the sunny weather. Very pretty site, well kept gardens. Caravan, playground and play room very dated. Good base for nearby attractions and day trips.
Nicely laid out, pitches a little on top of each other. Gardens are nicely kept, but let down by tatty old caravans on seasonal pitches with ripped green mouldy awnings. Plenty of facilities, but having a fully equipped Caravan, has no need to use them.
TV/games room is a good idea, the pool was great, the kids loved it.
Arriving at 18:30 But would have still preferred a welcome rather than having to find the telephone number for the owner then having to wait 5 minutes for him to show us where to set up. No welcome given as in information about amenities etc.
Poor tv signal and pitches quite close together.
Amenities need a real good clean. Although closed this time of year the pool area look fab
This site is not and never as been a 5 star as advertised the showers are a no go area for woman (dirty and nails to control the heat) the main site is on a hill so if you at the bottom as we were you get all the rain trees every were so you can't get sky TV there is three signals strengths meet in triangle at the site so you have to keep retuning to strongest signal there is potholes in the road and believe me the host are not friendly quite the opposite stayed for two weeks and mike never came to see us to ask if we were ok the swimming pool is ok and there is nowhere to walk dogs
