I'm getting a lot off interest for ladies wanting to start my female only classes. The next batch off classes start on Monday 16 July 2018.
I will be adding an extra class on to each day.
Monday and Wednesday's ... 6.15am 9.15am 6.30pm 8.00pm
Friday 6.15pm 9.15pm 6.30pm
Saturday 615am (time may change die to client timetable).
First choice off slot times go to those in current set off classes.

I have had a lot off private messages regarding the females only classes starting June 4th2018.
Main question is 'can I choose a slot from ANY off the classes' and the answer is Yes.
eg: Monday 630am and Wednesday 630pm and Fri 915am.
... Another question asked 'do I have to participate in 3 classes a week...... The answer is no. My advice is you participate in the 3 classes per week to acheive full benefit.
e.g. you can slot your name into Monday 6pm and Wednesday 6pm.
Just book your time slot before someone else does. Any further inquiries do not be afraid to message me.

6 week course starts Monday 4th June.
Monday Wednesday Friday groups: group (a) 630am group (b) 915am group (c) 630pm.
... This 6 week course is a female based only class with various types of training styles to generate Fat Loss, Muscle Tone, Muscle Strength and Stamina(suitable for beginners and advanced).
*Nutritional Guidance *Group interaction via WhatsApp *Limited to 6 clients in each group ensuring as much personal focus.
RnB aesthetics conditioning is a private gym so there will be no interruptions.
*3 classes off all body workouts per week means no other gym training required if same mentioned above.
18 classes for £120 (no other gym fees). deposit off £20 required to book block and payment can then be made on 50/50.

RnB Aesthetics Conditioning is going to run a female only class that runs for 8 weeks.
This class will contain all body weight resistance workouts with anerobic training built into it.
The class will have a max of 6 females, so to provide a more personal training education to everyone.
... Basic nutrition will be given to enable fat loss, strength gain and promote a change in body composition.

Loving this man's classes, very friendly warming environment.. excellent at his job and advice is very useful..pushes you to the maximum � currently in my first set of classes and here's to the next..so enjoyable I actually use annual leave from work to attend ��now that is commitment Bob lol

Just finished week 3 of the 6 week course with Bob and I have to say I am absolutely loving it! He is a great coach, knows his stuff, encourages and motivates u to do ur best and makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease. It is the first time in a long time that I am not only motivated to work out, but actually look forward to it and enjoy it. Have already signed up for the next 6 weeks! Would definitely recommend!

I have enjoyed every minute of bobs classes, bob is serious about his job… he respects your time and money and always makes sure to give you value, re: both… he is sooooo not the show-off body builder-type-of trainer, but approaches his training in an intelligent and genuinely informed way… he truly knows his stuff and is a fabulous motivator… Bob is a great and very charming guy, not in an intimidating kind-of-way, but just enough to make you want to push yourself and put in that extra bit of effort, which makes you sweat… a session with bob not only gives your body a push to stay fit, but your mental health is lifted too, so after my six week block I have happily booked the next 6 week session!

He is fantastic at what he does and makes me believe i can really do it. 3 wks in and already i see a difference. Looking forward to the next 3 wks and definitely booked for next 6 wk block.
