Excellent selection of Free From foods. Please would you stock Amy's Kitchen gluten free Chinese Noodles again (freezer) and Brown Rice Spagetti . Perfect shop then .

A great store with good customer service but upset you never seem to have vanilla crown pastries in stock �

Your cafe needs a sort out food is sometimes cold. Or you wait a long time. Staff are great though x

I've no idea what the store is like, but I assume my delivery came from this store. The delivery driver was excellent and would warrant a 5*, however whoever packed the food deserves a 1*( or less!). Packing "squashy" or delicate goods with heavy (e.g. jar jam, mayo, bottle etc) and ramming as much into one bag as possible is not acceptable. How the bagels survived I don't know, I can only hope it was luck and not that they are hard.

The Restaurant with no Food! How can a supermarket restaurant run out of omelettes? There are literally thousands of eggs on the shelves.

Refit ok ... cafe a disaster ... people leaving as the wait was so long .. food was vile .... and OMG glass bottles of Luke warm pop for £1.50!!! Bring back the self dispense pop .. all in all ... will most likely not take my custom to the cafe again.

Going to have to stop having food shop delivered 3 packs of meat delivered this evening 18th all use by date 20th. All fruit very ripe probably take a week to ripen :(

Won't be going here again picked up a product, when I got home I found that it was 2 months out of date. I rang up to tell them what had happened, they told me to return it, I had the receipt. I don't live close to the store but on Sunday I returned it...

I had a refund but nothing as a good will gesture. To me a product on the shelf being out of date by 2 months is a lot. The girl on the customer service desk said she would let them know?

I'm disappointed that a big supermarket would handle this so poor

Just recieved a parking ticket at your store for 40pounds from Horizon for overstaying by 1 hour even though i had my blue badge up.. will never shop with you again.. and will never reccommend you to anyone.

I'm very dissapointed to see so much New Zealand lamb in-store today (especially putting it at eye level) when Welsh and British is in season, there is no need to import it at this time of year, or at all really now given how much sheep farms have changed in the UK. Sainsbury's have chosen to support Welsh Young Farmers Clubs by stocking meat from the initiative. Make more of it and put it higher up please. No one is going to buy the two pieces that were stuffed at the bottom behind NZ lamb!!! �

I went to collect my prescription from the pharmacy, only half my prescription available so have to go back, also had to wait so went to cafe where they had no stock there, so ended up going around the store to pick a sandwich and drink up which was not available in the cafe and sit and eat in my car while waiting for my prescription to be dealt with. Not a very convenient store

I shop quite frequently at this store. On one of my recent visits an announcement came over the tannoy promoting the new vegan menu at the stores cafe. Yesterday myself and a friend (also a vegan) went to the cafe. We ordered the spicy bean burgers and sweet potato fries. The food came and we started eating. After a few mouthfuls we realised that we had been servers veggie burgers. We took them back to counter and were told the chef had picked up wrong burgers to cook and that they were not vegan. So after not eating dairy for many years we were served dairy because of the incompetence of staff. We are vegans thru ethical reasons and not health reasons. Do. U not realise tho that had these been served to someone with a dairy intolerance there could have been very serious consequences. Please train ur staff on the importance of this!

I just spent 25 minutes queuing at the customer service desk. Two members of staff using one computer. I had my 2 year old with me and had to pick him up for the last 10 minutes of the wait. He is really heavy. We were going to go food shopping afterwards but I was so tired I had to go home instead. Hopeless. At least the manager apologised, but I still don't have any food.
