Went in last week the shop had a few in but the girls asked are you ok I said yes and they left me to look around which I loved. I then got the shoes I really wanted. When being served the girl was lovely and very friendly but Wat really got me was before I left the shop the girl said take care and I hope you really enjoy your new shoes you don't get that in any shop but really made my day thank you ZOE was the girls name xx

I so had to keep me hands in my pockets, so many lovely styles to choose from. Top Marks to Sarah's Shoes and the lovely sales team who are so super helpful and fabulously enthusiastic about the products. So helpful, but not at all pushy..... I will defintely come back <3

Lovely clean shop to go in for a browse around. Staff are so helpful and friendly, they give u the time and space to have a look around. They will help with any enquiries that u may have. They have a great range of shoes, boots & sandals and they cater for all ages of ladies! ����

I went into Sarah's Shoes this morning. Great selection of shoes and the assistant (Sharon) was fantastic. She was really helpful and couldn't do enough to help. I came away with 2 pairs of shoes!!!! With service like that it definitely makes you want to go back.

I was in your shop for the 1st time yesterday, the shop is beautiful and inviting. The girls were sooooo friendly and cudnt help me enough. I'll defo b a returning customer and will make sure everyone I talk to knows about yous. Again thank you very much. X

I just love going into Sarah's Shoes. The staff are so helpful without being annoying. They let you wander around and look as long as you desire. The shoe selection is to die for. I always seem to leave with a pair of sandals like you'd get nowhere else. Keep going strong Sarah's Shoes- please.

Had been lusting over some Marco Tozzi shoes and decided to treat myself today. The shop was very busy but service was fantastic and I love my new shoes. There are so many gorgeous pairs of shoes in store and if I had narrower feet, I would have been in heaven! Definitely recommend this shop to any female wanting gorgeous new shoes as service is always fantastic and you always feel welcome in store, even if you are just browsing.

Great shop staff are great very helpful and professional. This was my second visit amd I will Def be back for lots more shoes.

Amazing shop and love the shoes. Seven pairs last visit can't wait to call again as iv my eye on another two pairs lol

My mum has had a really bad experience with Sarah's Shoes. She bought a very expensive pair of boots and the second time she wore them they got a wet mark on both feet which never came off. They now have a white line around them which is very disappointing and shouldn't happen with expensive boots. They also let in rain which is not good at all. Mum went back to see what could be done with them and I went with her. We weren't treated well at all. We explained our story and were told not to wear them in the rain and to buy a protective spray which I might add was never offered to us at any stage. We were very rudely spoken to! It was very clear that they wanted nothing to do with us. Why sell boots that can't be worn in bad weather? We have both had boots bought elsewhere which have lasted years with no damage done to them no matter what the weather.

Since the customer service was so poor and we weren't treated well we won't be back in again!!
