On the Eve of our final day at Scarva Tea Rooms we would just like to thank all of the very wonderful talented musicians who have freely given of their time to entertain us on the long winter Sunday afternoons. Tomorrow will be bittersweet in so many ways, we fought so hard to make this music happen and now we don’t know if it will be continued, but we had to make our decision. We would like to thank all of our lovely loyal customers for the continued support over the past 7 years and for all the cards and gifts and letters we have received over the past couple of weeks. We are humbled by your words. Hopefully we will see some of you tomorrow when “Never Too Late” play us out for the final time........Turn out the lights....the party’s over 🎼🎤🎸🎹🎻🎤
In our final week we will have to close for these 2 days. Back on Friday 28th for the final weekend, with live music on Sunday afternoon. If it’s anything like yesterday it will be a fantastic afternoon!
Don’t forget our live music session tomorrow from around 2pm. We have a mixture/meeting of 2 groups, Bawn Folk Group and Never Too Late. Then next week we have Never Too Late for the very last music session on the day we close. A big thank you to all our lovely customers for your kind words and cards, we will miss you all but we are looking forward to the next chapter xx Babs & Colin

So!!! To all those who have been asking, we can now confirm that we will have music on Sunday afternoon (23rd). Bawn Folk Group and Never Too Late will be joining forces to provide an afternoon of great live music. Come early to be sure of a seat, as our regulars know, these guys have a large following! Can’t wait 👏👏👏
We’re not closed yet! ......Lots of people seem to be under the impression that we closed at the end of August! We are still here until September 30th (closed Wednesdays) and we are planning a couple of EXTRA SPECIAL SUNDAYS for the last 2 weeks! Watch this space for further details.

Well now, here's a strange thing. If you're reading this you probably know that we have announced that we are closing the Tea Rooms at the end of September.
So, here's the thing; due to pre-booked staff holidays and students going back to school we actually find ourselves short staffed. We need someone as Kitchen Assistant/Waitress until we close. This isn't a career opportunity, simply a chance for the right person to earn some money and gain valuable work experience to add to a CV. We regret to inform all our wonderful loyal customers that Scarva Tea Rooms will close for business on Sunday 30th September 2018. Our franchise contract ends on that date and we have decided to retire. We would like to thank you all for your support over the last 7 years especially our daily regulars (you know who you are) this decision is bittersweet.
We will no longer be issuing loyalty cards and will cease to stamp existing cards on the 31st August. Any partially filled cards will be redeemed as full throughout the month of September.

Stop at Scarva tea rooms yesterday while out walking. Have to say it was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Everything is cooked and prepared fresh on the premises. Next time it'll be jam & coconut sponge with custard.
Love this place, after walking dogs it's lovely to sit down to a coffee and bun,staff are always friendly and would do anything to help
Fresh lunch salad and a warm friendly service
Enjoyed a lovely lunch yesterday. Food excellent especially the tray bakes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back!!
Called in today with my parents, and my toddler. It was a lovely place. Food was yummy, and was very impressed with the slimmers menu. Also the coffee was nice and strong. The kids menu was fantastic, great price and variety. Lovely woman working that couldn't have been more helpful. Will be back soon! Thanks!

Yummy cafe food, reasonably priced & great that it's open on a Sunday morning.
I called at a very busy time a you could see that they were struggling to maintain otherwise very high standards of everything.
Great sarnies, lovely soup, coffee and surroundings. Great as a pit stop on our cycle home.
Food was really lovely but thought our coffee was cold. That's the only fault. Lovely setting an staff very friendly. �
