We took our puppy to Shantails for her first groom. Nellie doesnŌĆÖt like the bath so we were a bit apprehensive but Shantelle was amazing with her and she was so knowledgable and able to provide advice on the type of grooming options for Nellies coat. When we picked her up she was lovely and soft and smelt amazing! Already booked in for groom #2!

We took our 11 week puppy Daisy to ShanTails for her first grooming session - the puppy package! Shantel was wonderful - really friendly, but also clearly an absolute professional when it comes to Dogs and their needs. Daisy was so relaxed with her, she even fell asleep whilst being groomed...which says it all! She looked, smelt and felt fantastic afterwards....already looking forward to next months treatment. I really wanted to find someone great, that I could regularly take Daisy to, for years and years to come. I've found that person. Thank you Shantel!! x

We took Lola for her first groom today with Shantelle. Shantelle (& her daughter) were amazing with Lola & I can tell from the pictures and videos that Lola loved her time there and had fun! You can tell Shantelle really loves what she does as she takes great pride and care with your furry babies! Lola smells amazing and her fur feels so soft now after her mammoth de-shed! We will definitely be back and we will be recommending Shantelle to everyone. Thank you Shantelle! ’┐Į xx

Took my 2 Jindos to Shantails today (as I live next door didn't have far to go ’┐Į)

It was their 1st visit , they are very nervous dogs so I was a bit apprehensive how they would be . But it was great Shantelle did a lovely job ... I think she had fun blasting loads of sams coat out and he looks great now and still smells lovely, sushi looks great too ’┐Į would recommend ’┐Į

Took my 12.5yr old JRT here for a pamper and hair cut, Missy came bouncing out like a puppy and smelling better than me!! Lovely hair cut, very friendly and actually a great location (when I found it). Will definitely be back x

Took both my girls here today and IŌĆÖm so pleased with the outcome! They look even more beautiful and smell amazing. Both of them have been groomed before Beau my Labrador wasnŌĆÖt to sure on the dryers which I didnŌĆÖt know as previous hadnŌĆÖt informed me. I wouldnŌĆÖt have known if it wasnŌĆÖt for Shantel very honest and has showed my girls lots of love ’┐Į They came home with a treat both were bouncing & happy so so pleased! Thank you again canŌĆÖt wait to book them in again!

Took Bentley to shantails for the first time today, and all I will say is it isn't going to be last, I am so happy, he looks beautiful, and smells amazing, thank you for being so kind to him I know he can be a bit grumpy xx

My dog is a rescue and not keen on water. I booked Shantails as IŌĆÖd seen so many recommendations on Facebook. I was worried he would be a nightmare and not as good as any of her other dogs but he desperately needed his nails done and thought it was worth a try. Well! I picked up a fluffy, trimmed, groomed and short nailed, relaxed, sweet smelling pup! Amazing and would definitely recommend.

I took my dog here for 1st time today and she looks amazing and seemed very happy when I picked her up, the cut is excellent and mazie smells gorgeous to, thank u very much and we will be back :)

I took Albie and Oscar for their first full groom today to shantails. We had a previous booking but had to be cancelled due to such hot weather. I felt this showed such professionalism and thought for the dogs. My boys showed lots of love towards Shantails as she is so warm and affectionate with my boys. I was so pleased when I picked them up they looked so handsome ’┐Į Shantails gave me advice on grooming them and what brush was best for my boys. For their first time there they seemed very relaxed when I picked them up. We have booked again for next time. They were in very safe hands thank you Shantails xxxxx ’┐Į’┐Į

I have just got Roxy back and this lady is lovely so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable to leave your dog in her care the salon is clean looking and smells so clean and fresh and Roxy has come out smelling amazing and feeling like silk definitely recommending to everyone I no with a dog thank you so much such a lovely lady

I am very pleased with first time full grooming for our Flash. He was happy to stay there.The service was very proffesional.Flash will come back for next time.Highly recomend this place for any dog.

Honey went to ShanTails for the first time today and had the spa experience with full groom.

ShanTails has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and real care is taken in what you what for your furbaby. I felt completely confident leaving Honey at ShanTails- you can tell she just loves her job and loves the animals.

Honey smells and looks beautiful- sheŌĆÖll definitely be returning for another pamper session.

Hi, I'm Bella! I have to tell you a great little story...



Well, my Dad finaaallllly took me for a groom! I've been waiting a long time for this and to be fair his many attempts at grooming were pretty awful and that's being really kind! Just ask Kiera!



So, we were out walking one day, foraging around having fun and a lady with like lots of dogs came the other way. Turns out she was the 'Sam" in Walkieswithsam. A professional dog walker and sitter...



Anyway, we started to get used to Sam's various packs and used to do a few walks each week, this was great fun.



My hair was long, I could feel the need from my Dad to get the scissors out, I was not looking forward to that one bit! Thankfully he asked Sam who she would use and without hesitation Sam mentioned a lady who owns and operates Shantails Dog Grooming... Now I knew, no, in-fact anyone to be fair would have known straight away that was a clever play on words.



So Dad gets on the Mac to search for 'Shantails'... OMG!, what a palaver that was... smh!



The laughter & indeed pain in watching a grown man try & operate Facebook, searching for Chantelle with the 'well thats how you spell it Bella but I can't find her' commentary was a moment to behold...



At last after another walk with Sam, my Dad decided to make himself look like a complete dufus by admitting to Sam that he could not find a 'Chantelle'. At that point Kiera & I disappeared into the thicket, purely out of complete embarrassment and hid a fair distance away, as anyone would. I mean, really, Dad!



Got back and great, Dad was texting a lovely lady called Shantelle from Shantails, she was really quick coming back too, like instantly, was really very helpful and after a good understanding of what was what I was booked in for my first proper bone fide groom in 10 years! Yayyy!



Some dogs say life begins at 10 and believe me, if you go to Shantails fellow canines you will feel re-born, I mean Wow! This was heaven, sheer heaven. Cuddles were abound, the shampoo section was like a full body massage and it smelt great too, this was so nice I nearly fell asleep!



Talk about pampered! I felt great!



Up on to the table for a dry with the 'blaster', more cuddles and loads of attention, then a wonderful haircut to boot, I could not have wished for more, what a fantastic place Shantails really is.



I felt really loved with Shantail, made me feel at home and spent so much time with me to get my groom spot on and my pictures look really good too. I cant thank Shantails enough for making my day so special.



I cannot wait to go again, i'm going for the Jacuzzi next time but I think Kiera should go first because every dog should have the chance to go to Shantails at least once in their lifetime, she is completely wooftatstic...!

First visit for Darcy at 9 months 9f age. Was a bit anxious how she'd be but all my worries were soon gone. Darcy loved it and loved shantelle from the beginning being cuddled and given treats(always a good way to a dog's heart!). Am so pleased with the way she looks, what a positive experience. Thank you. DaisyŌĆÖs first visit today at 2yrs old. She is a fairly nervous dog and likes to suss out people or new situations at her leisure. Fab job done - really pleased with how she looks and smells and fantastic advice on aftercare etc provided. Definitely recommend for a friendly, professional and welcoming environment to pamper your pooch ’┐Į Txx
