Brilliant groups today and really good fun with our game of reverse raffle. Thank you so so much for all the birthday cards, pressies and flowers you are all so kind. There were some brilliant weight losses and a huge congratulations to Geordie Connolly was awarded our biggest loser after an astonishing 9st 6lb weight loss (in 10 months!) well done. I will be away this weekend for my big 50 birthday celebrations so have a great week everyone and a lovely weekend, look forward to see you all next week, with love Sharron ❤️ xx

Planning and preparation makes life easy, less than 2 1/2 hours to make: 4 chicken Kiev’s, 4 spiced chicken fillets, chicken in white wine and tarragon sauce, 8 burgers, ... balsamic onions, chilli con carne and mushroom bombs/stuffed mushrooms as well as 10 individual Sticky toffee puddings .... it’s amazing what you can do if you know how.... if you want to learn how to cook for weight loss we have a prelaunch session at our premises in Derry/Londonderry this Monday 24th Feb at 10.30-12 followed by two Sunday Full Day Courses 10-3 on 8th & 29th March ..... feel free to get in touch ❤️

Fab groups today and some really lovely dishes on our members buffet, thanks to everyone who brought something along to share in group it is very appreciated. Next week in group I think we will have carbonara and I may even show you how to make it in group. Remember it’s all about the choices you make, both good and bad and how you deal with the outcome of those choices, if you want to see great losses then choose to make great choices, you will be so glad you did. Brilliant groups again this week and such a lovely warm welcome for all our new members. There was some fantastic weight losses and we even had a 9 1/2 stone award!! Amazing. Brilliant groups today, such a great atmosphere and loads of doughnuts too! Glad you all enjoyed them I’ve posted a little video of how to make them on my Facebook page. There were some outstanding weight losses this week and lots of fab recipes stared you.
