It is a drug-free, non-invasive, gentle, subtle and relaxing remedial body technique that works on the soft connective tissue (fascia) of the body, helping to stimulate the body’s own healing resources to achieve balance and harmony.

Bowen can be applied to a long list of musco-skeletal problems, various sports injuries, chronic organic conditions like IBS or asthma, and many more.
