Come along to yoga at Potton Hall / Skinny Dip Health Retreat in Westleton and use the pool and hot tub for up to an hour either before or after class.
In these classes Ian combines elements of Hatha, Vinyasa and restorative yoga to create a rounded yoga practice. You will leave the class feel calm and energised after going through a sequence of postures that flow from one to the other. Ian us...es a range to props including blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters to enable everyone to experience each posture in accordance with their body type and age.
Ian has a calm and inclusive approach to his teaching allowing you to feel relaxed throughout your yoga class. Ian’s interest in sharing yoga to everyone to create a space where you can take some time out for yourself, become aware of your body and breath providing an opportunity to be in the present moment, without the distraction of thoughts from the past or the future.

Wow!



Right from the start we were wow'd we pulled into the carpark and were amazed by the view, the gardens and atmosphere. Priscilla greeted us her personality and passion for her work infectious. After the guided tour we took to one of the hammocks (I want one at home) and relaxed instantly. We had a float in the flotation room then on to lunch. Lunch was prepared by Lisa such a wonderful and talented lady the food was second to none. Once lunch had settled we had our massages I wish I could afford to employ Priscilla the massage she gave me was by a mile the best massage I have ever had. The whole day was perfect, relaxed and we shall be booking to go again!! Thank you Priscilla. xx

What a jewel of a place, loved every second of it. Everyone was so friendly and the moment we arrived I felt relaxed. Superb facilities and a real feeling of escape and retreat. Food was amazing, massage was wonderful. To fall asleep in a toasty warm snug after a delicious meal, a dip in the hot tub and a lovely massage is my idea of a great day haha. Thank you.

Well.....what a wonderful experience...superb lunch....lovely flotation experience...super host...great rooms.....sauna..steam room...relaxed.....

Myself and my friend visited today and I cannot rate it enough! Priscilla is a warm and kind lady who welcomes you so warmly and takes care of your every need. We have been treated like royalty today and both can’t wait to come back! The floatation experience is absolutely wonderful too! Thank you Pricilla and your wonderful team for looking after us so well and welcoming us to your beautiful place! We will be back soon!

So I didn't just love it was one of best experiences I've had and what a beautiful secluded place it's in!! Very very friendly by a lovely lady called Priscilla! Me and my wonderful mum had a flotation spa today and it was amazing and rejuvenating, we were first timers to this lovely relaxing experience and I need another one already! If you like relaxation and meditation it's both of them combined ,you'll love it! Would recommend it to anyone and everyone! Go and check this little retreat out and pamper yourself, family or friends!! <3 <3 <3

Omg this place is absolutely amazing from the time of booking to the time we left Pricilla is amazing along with the other team members nothing is to much trouble and you feel so so welcome, it’s the best spa day I have ever had and we will be returning lots lots more, the treatments were great and we even got extra as we didn’t use the flotation to the time allowed (how outstanding is that �) customer service is fabulous and again I can’t thank u all enough I left feeling relaxed and wanting to come back ASAP keep up the good work team

From the moment we arrived we were relaxed just with the look of the place and the sounds of nature all around and remaind so the whole day. Everywhere was clean, the juices were yummy, and we even got treated to a free taster session in the flotation tank at the end. We felt like we were abroad with the sunshine and could have stayed here all week. Thank you for looking after us. X

Mum and I spent a lovely Friday here in June, Priscilla and the staff(sorry didn't catch the lady's name we were talking to) were absolutely fantastic... it was an amazing retreat and we felt fully energised after a day in the spa. Such a beautiful place, as the hot tub wasn't working Priscilla couldn't do enough for us and was so kind to offer us a flotation therapy, It was something we hadn't tried before and were thoroughly surprised. I was very sceptical before the treatment but was able to thoroughly relax and really felt the benefits. Priscilla was also very kindly offered us a another trip to the spa so we can enjoy the hot tub... I can not wait to come back and to book another floatation therapy! Thank-you for a lovely day 5 stars!

Priscilla is such a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome, with a tour of the grounds and checking regularly during the day if we needed anything. We had an awesome lunch, the scenery is beautiful and its so peaceful. The facilities are amazing and kepy very nicely. Such an amazing day!! Thankyou so much. I cant recommend this place enough it is a real gem!!

I visited with 4 other members of my family on the 15th July. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to everyone. Priscilla is such a lovely lady, making us feel relaxed and welcome from the word go. Our lunch included home grown veggies from the vegetable patch and was amazing, as were the coconut and nut ball snacks when we arrived. All in all, a wonderful day, in a very relaxing atmosphere.

I had the most wonderful, relaxing afternoon here today. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of lovely areas to unwind. I really enjoyed using all of the facilities and look forward to going back again for more flotation and to experience some of the treatments. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I really cannot recommend this gorgeous spa more �

I bought myself a Flotation as a xmas gift to myself. Although the rest of the spa was closed and Priscilla was busy at this time of year she was the perfect hostess and welcomed me as usual and after my flotation we had a coffee and chat. This was my 3rd flotation and I can't wait to go for another! ! Highly recommend this fantastic..relaxing spa.

Honestly cannot rate Skinny Dip spa high enough! It was absolutely incredible - such a magical place ✨. Truly cannot wait to go back. Thank you for making us feel so special ❤️

So I didn't just love it was one of best experiences I've had and what a beautiful secluded place it's in!! Very very friendly by a lovely lady called Priscilla! Me and my wonderful mum had a flotation spa today and it was amazing and rejuvenating, we were first timers to this lovely relaxing experience and I need another one already! If you like relaxation and meditation it's both of them combined ,you'll love it! Would recommend it to anyone and everyone! Go and check this little retreat out and pamper yourself, family or friends!! <3 <3 <3

Omg this place is absolutely amazing from the time of booking to the time we left Pricilla is amazing along with the other team members nothing is to much trouble and you feel so so welcome, it’s the best spa day I have ever had and we will be returning lots lots more, the treatments were great and we even got extra as we didn’t use the flotation to the time allowed (how outstanding is that �) customer service is fabulous and again I can’t thank u all enough I left feeling relaxed and wanting to come back ASAP keep up the good work team

Myself and a friend had such a lovely day here today enjoying your wonderful grounds, relaxing massage and the most tasty lunch I have had in a long time. From the moment we arrived we were relaxed just with the look of the place and the sounds of nature all around and remaind so the whole day. Everywhere was clean, the juices were yummy, and we even got treated to a free taster session in the flotation tank at the end. We felt like we were abroad with the sunshine and could have stayed here all week. Thank you for looking after us. X

Mum and I spent a lovely Friday here in June, Priscilla and the staff(sorry didn't catch the lady's name we were talking to) were absolutely fantastic... it was an amazing retreat and we felt fully energised after a day in the spa. Such a beautiful place, as the hot tub wasn't working Priscilla couldn't do enough for us and was so kind to offer us a flotation therapy, It was something we hadn't tried before and were thoroughly surprised. I was very sceptical before the treatment but was able to thoroughly relax and really felt the benefits. Priscilla was also very kindly offered us a another trip to the spa so we can enjoy the hot tub... I can not wait to come back and to book another floatation therapy! Thank-you for a lovely day 5 stars!

I went with a friend and we had an absolute amazing day!! Priscilla is such a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome, with a tour of the grounds and checking regularly during the day if we needed anything. We had an awesome lunch, the scenery is beautiful and its so peaceful. The facilities are amazing and kepy very nicely. Such an amazing day!! Thankyou so much. I cant recommend this place enough it is a real gem!!

I visited with 4 other members of my family on the 15th July. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to everyone. Priscilla is such a lovely lady, making us feel relaxed and welcome from the word go. Our lunch included home grown veggies from the vegetable patch and was amazing, as were the coconut and nut ball snacks when we arrived. All in all, a wonderful day, in a very relaxing atmosphere.

I had the most wonderful, relaxing afternoon here today. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of lovely areas to unwind. I really enjoyed using all of the facilities and look forward to going back again for more flotation and to experience some of the treatments. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I really cannot recommend this gorgeous spa more �

I bought myself a Flotation as a xmas gift to myself. Although the rest of the spa was closed and Priscilla was busy at this time of year she was the perfect hostess and welcomed me as usual and after my flotation we had a coffee and chat. This was my 3rd flotation and I can't wait to go for another! ! Highly recommend this fantastic..relaxing spa.

Had the most beautiful spa day for my friends Hen do! Priscilla was super helpful with all of the planning leading up to the day and all of the staff did everything to make sure we stayed very relaxed all day.
