Very impressed with the Customer Service I received today in-store! Friendly, helpful service. Lovely to see how successful my 'childhood local' has become, and how it has evolved over the years! Love how they have their own loyalty system, and I can totally see why Glebeside Spar is SO popular! I still remember the original shop. Lovely to see my old neighbours still shopping in there, including the lovely Jim! :)

Very helpful staff. On my visit yesterday I was on my own as my husband was sick and the lady on the till packed my shopping and asked if I needed assistance to carry bags back to the car as the bags were heavy. .also I appreciate the good butchers counter and on site post office. Definitely my favourite go to shop.

Staff and customer service is excellent at Smyth's. Never a long queue . If you can't find an item you are looking staff are friendly and helpful always. The store has a lot of variety , presented clean and tidy and is a pleasure to shop in . Special offers always available. Has a post office . Bread and pasteries excellent . Meat from the butcher's counter looks and tastes lovely, always fresh . A pleasure to shop in and a wide variety to suit all tastes.

Just superb. I can get everything I need instore, the staff are so friendly and super-helpful and there is never, ever a shortage of staff at the checkouts. I gave this 5 stars but I need more stars!

Have been in this shop a few times as my daughter Keri Anne is the assistant manager.

From the 1st day I went down with Keri Anne I told her I've never met a friendlier crowd an go out of their way to help

Brilliant store and keeps the community spirit in Ballymoney alive. It's lovely to walk into a store where the owner walks the floor and is on hand if the staff need him. Staff are local people who are friendly and kind decent people. Keep up the good work a shop were the staff smile and are pleasant is rare these days.
