We are thinking about entering the Canadian bath race and this bath would work on several levels - it's a bateau (french for boat) bath, it's got a lovely shape for gliding through the water only one problem - it's made of cast iron and weighs over 200Kgs so...maybe not! It would still look great in a sumptuous bathroom though. #promotingsoaking

We refurbished our bathrooms with their amazing mirror and cabinet products and as well everyone complimenting us on them, the quality is great and their customer service has been very friendly and smooth where other companies would have been difficult.

Im sorry but you can not sit on a toilet that hovers above the ground and allows you can look out to sea !

I'm incredibly impressed that a real person read my order thoroughly and contacted me to check whether I had forgotten items (a pan to go with the cistern). I hadn't but if I had, this attentive service would have saved me a lot of wasted time and hassle. Excellent service :)

Excellent quality bath which we are so so happy with. Our plug was a little chipped but the customer aftercare has been so good we received a new one in the post within a few days and they even took care of the postage for us. Absolutely over the moon with Soakology.

We recently purchased a large quantity of goods from Soakology to completely revamp our bathroom, this order included a carronite bath, upon receiving the goods we noticed the corner of the bath was damaged, called soakology and was put through to a lovely young lady called Kathryn and explained the situation and they replaced the bath free of charge, excellent customer service.

We spent ┬Ż2,100 on a bathroom suite with Soakology. My builder and I were advised by them, on the speaker-phone, to buy a right-hand bath for our right hand corner, when, in fact, we needed a left-hand one. Soakology subsequently said if they had advised us to order the wrong bath, it would of been based on the information we gave to the sales rep and how she interpreted this. I suggested they listened to the tape to proove it was not our fault but was informed they don't tape calls so there was no way to definitively ascertain liability. We agreed to pay half their collection and delivery costs (┬Ż84.60) as we urgently needed that particular bath. On the Thursday of delivery, we were promised the new bath the following Monday, then Tuesday and it finally arrived on Wednesday, 6 days after the original delivery so it significantly held up our works. We had paid ┬Ż20 for a morning delivery originally but it arrived at 3pm, which I assume is the courier service's fault. Soakology refunded the ┬Ż20 delivery charge a week later. The experience was upsetting and frustrating at the time but I'm over it now and the quality of the Burlington suite is very nice indeed!

**Since writing this review, Soakology immediately got in touch with me and resolved the issue. I was pleased that the problem was rectified quickly, but think it shouldn't take a Facebook post to do this. I think Soakology should review its 'standard responses' to provide the best customer service it can to all customers, and manage expectations appropriately.**





I feel really let down by Soakology. Upon installing this ┬Ż250 tap, we realised it was defective - as illustrated in the video (see visitor posts) have informed Soakology, only to be told that we should apply a sealer (slightly patronising as we had a professional plumber install this, and so obviously used the appropriate materials!). If this doesn't work (it hasn't!), I was told I could send the faulty item back to them - at my own cost - and wait up to 28 days for them to investigate the fault. If they are happy that what the plumber is saying is correct (i.e. The tap is faulty!) they'll arrange for another one to come out to us. 28 days!!!! The tap is a luxury item, and this substandard level of customer service is beyond irritating! I have never experienced this before with any goods purchased online, and was expecting for them to send a replacement immediately, and arrange for collection of the faulty item. I just don't understand it! Shocking!
