This Saturday sees the annual charity walk to raise funds for the Special Care Baby Unit (and this year, the Gower First Responders). See below for more information, and we hope to see you there!!
Guys, Hope you are all good and yes this is the message highlighting details for this years charity walk to raise further funds for the Special Care Baby Unit plus the Gower First Responders. Believe it or not this will be the 8th year and to date a sum of around £28,000 has been r...aised!
I hope you can join us and please feel free to spread the word to family and friends.
Date - Sat 14th July Start Time - 11am prompt Meeting Place - South Gower Sports Club, Scurlage Entry Fee - £10 per person
The walk will take the usual route from the sports club down into the village of Horton and then across to Port Eynon and onto the coastal path to Rhossili. The walk is approx 10 miles long and lifts will then be arranged from Rhossili back to the sports club after a little hydration in the Worms Head Hotel!
Back at the sports club there will be a bbq, live music and opportunity for a few beers. There is camping available at the club that weekend on the 13th and 14th so why not make a weekend of it.
