Calling all ladies! Very exciting women's event (sorry fellas) coming soon to a church near you: on Saturday 10th November there will be a ladies craft night!
Arrive at 19:45 for a mocktail, some wonderful crafts, and a short talk. Bring yourself, bring your friends, and bring a small donation toward the cost of the craft stuff!
See you there!

Jesus came to this earth eating and drinking, and so we do too!
Below is the schedule for Sunday lunches this term.
Students: you get fed every week!... Non-students: if you're not involved in Student Lunch, use those weeks to invite one another round for food, that way you either get fed or get to feed others every week too!
Fellowship over food is a true joy, so get involved and stay for lunch!

Big weekend coming up!
We're super excited to welcome a whole influx of new UK and international students to our city over the next few days! If you're moving in this weekend, we're praying for you, and we would love to get to know you at one of our services this Sunday, with the first Student Lunch of the year afterwards at 13:00.
We can't wait to meet you!

Though some of you may be mourning the end of summer, do not be downcast! The start of the autumn term also means the start of two new sermon series here at St Bart's! This term, we will be looking at some of Mark's Gospel in all our morning services, and we'll be going through all of 1 Peter in our evening services. See you there!

Don't forget to sign up for the Summer Farewells hog roast, which will be happening at 12:30 on Sunday 15th July! Folk from all congregations welcome! Details in the photo below.

So, it seems our students have now gone home, And have left us in Bath, feeling slightly alone. And too soon, I daresay, more folk will roam, To spend summers away, but we’ll try not to moan.
... Though we now find ourselves looking around, On fine Sunday mornings, wondering aloud, “Where is everyone? There was such a crowd This time last month, but now spare seats abound!”
So the conclusion, dear friends, is to merge Two congregations, both meeting at KER, Into one service, which you will concur Is far better for all parties concerned.
And so beginning July the 15th The 9:30 and the 11:15, (For summer) at half past ten will convene For such fellowship; never before seen!
A caveat though, for anyone who, Is TES or Riversider through and through: Fear not! Your service is as you’re used to. And so we’ll see you on Sunday. Woohoo!
If you don't want to read the poem, the details are attached in the photo below. Make sure you put it in your calendar!

In case you've missed it in the notices, the 11:15 congregation will be having an away day on Sunday 1st July! The festivities will be kicking off at 11:00 in Monkton Combe for a day of fun, fellowship, and faithful teaching! If you haven't yet signed up, be sure to do so either in the church foyer or by dropping an email to administrator@stbartsbath.org.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no 11:15 service on 1st July. If you would normally attend the 11:15 but are unable to go on the away day, you will be warmly welcomed at any of our other services, which will be happening as usual.
