Star Advantage Consulting is a limited company offering Counselling and Coaching Services in premises across Swansea and surrounding counties, and also available by Skype. Our therapists are fully qualified and insured, and have many years of experience in one to one work, and group-work in various settings.

When you first meet your therapist they will listen carefully to you about your situation and talk with you to help reach your desired outcomes. Both services are based on a compassionate relationship of trust. Confidentiality is paramount, and will always be maintained, unless required by law to disclose (where there is a risk to life).

Counselling is:
* The process that occurs when a client and counsellor set aside time in order to explore difficulties which may include the stressful or emotional feelings of the client.
* The act of helping the client to see things more clearly, possibly from a different view-point. This can enable the client to focus on feelings, experiences or behaviour, with a goal to facilitating positive change.

Coaching is:
The process that occurs when a client and coach set time aside to work on improving the areas of your life that matter most to you. Using specialist NLP techniques your coach will guide and support you to:
