Supple Strength Pilates Yoga Fusion Description

Blending elements of Pilates, Yoga and Body Conditioning, Supple Strength classes are challenging non-impact workouts which build strength and flexibility through a focus on posture, core stability and body alignment.
Supple Strength focuses on ‘mindful movement’, making a link between movement and body awareness, particularly on the neutral alignment of the spine and engaging the deep abdominal muscles for improved body alignment and posture.

• Increase Core Stability & Define your Shape
• Become more Supple & gain Flexibility

Continue to exercise throughout and after Pregnancy at within one of the classes (Monday p. m. 8. 00 p. m. to 9. 00 p. m. recommended)

Debbie is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer (CYQ level 3) and in addition to instructing classes in the Vale of Belvoir is available for one-to-one training sessions, Fitness testing and Nutritional advice and planning.
Debbie is also qualified in Antenatal and Postnatal exercise, Torso Training and Stretch.
