We had our daughters 8th birthday here today and what can I say, all of the staff were amazing, they looked after each and ever one of her friends along with us parents. We felt welcome and they couldn't do enough for us. All they seemed to want to do was make sure we all had a good time. I can't recommend this venue enough. Well done and thank you for making my little angels Birthday so perfect.

This is a great place to go for a lovely cup of coffee and superb ice cream treats. On cold days there is even a blanket provided to snuggle into. Andy and Hannah and all the staff are very pleasant, lovely to have a chat to. We love our trips to Swirl. xx

Just had my sons 11th birthday party here and it was fantastic! The boys loved all the games they played which were very suitable for 11 year olds. Being allowed to make their own ice-cream sundae was indeed the icing on the cake!The party hosts were very good and all the staff friendly and professional. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends! A massive thank you!

Came here with our 2 year old daughter and newborn. Staff were very friendly and accommodating since we had the big double pram.

Member of staff bought our toddler out a plate and spoon when they saw her struggling to eat from the cone.

I was really disappointed with the Crepe I had here today! It was not was not what I expected.....soggy, half wam and half cold pancake. :(
