Home-made Italian gelato. Creamier, tastier and healthier than ice cream.
We only use fresh fruit, fresh milk and natural ingredients to make our gelato.

What is Gelato?
Gelato is the Italian version of ice cream, with a few major differences.
Firstly and most importantly, Gelato has less air whipped into the product during the churning process. Regular ice cream will usually have an air content of 50% or more, Gelato will typically contain only 15-20% air. This results is a denser and creamier product that has a more intense flavour. Secondly Gelato is made mostly from fresh whole milk. This means that compared to ice creams typical 18-26% butterfat content, Gelato normally only contains 4-8% butterfat.

We only use fresh fruit and natural ingredients to make our Gelato and sorbets. Many of our flavours contain more than 70% less fat than regular ice cream.

We can make almost any flavour of gelato or sorbet that you can think of. Do you have a favourite chocolate bar, sweet or dessert that you think would make tasty gelato flavour? E. g. Mars, Snickers, Galaxy, Daim, Ferrero Roche, Nutella, Malteser's, Starburst, banoffee pie, strawberry cheese cake, maple and pecan, carrot cake, tiramisu.
Or maybe you would like try something more unusual? E. g. Maple bacon, turkey and cranberry, your favourite beer, malibu rum, mustard, green tea and lemon, red bull.
