Looking for deep sea fishing trips from Minehead Harbour on the Bristol Channel or scenic coastal cruises and boat trips from Minehead Harbour?. We offer fishing trips & coastal cruises from picturesque Minehead Harbour situated on the Bristol Channel between Watchet and Porlock weir. Our regular catches include Cod, Ray, Huss, Whiting, Spurdog, Smooth-hound, Bass, Conger, Tope, Dogfish, Bream, Gurnard and many other mini species too numerous to mention.
Skipper Mike Webber has had many years crewing experience with his father - well known Minehead skipper Steve Webber of Osprey Charters. He has now decided to stretch his legs and go it alone with his new boat Teddie Boy.
Teddie Boy is a fast stable Lochin 33 fully licensed and insured, code of practice 60 miles. Equipped with all the latest marine electronics. Tea & coffee, gas hob and flushing toilet. Experienced anglers, beginners and ladies very welcome. Rods, bait and full tuition available on board.
We also offer coastal cruises along the beautiful and dramatic Somerset and North Devon coastline taking in the highest sea cliffs in England and boasting many bird species along with Porpoise and the occasional Sunfish.

Great few days fishing over the past 3 days shame the weather picked up making it difficult at times but the anglers managed.
Some great fish were landed with Blonde rays to 21lb 7oz, thornbacks to 14lb, smoothounds to 12lb, cod to just under 6lb, bull huss to 15lb, Congers 20lb plus, loads of dogfish and a couple of rockling

Yet again some more nice weather and plenty of fish between the anglers aboard today.
We boated plenty of bull huss to just under 16lb, a good mixture of rays, smoothounds, cod to 5lb, Congers to 10lb and of course plenty of dogfish.

Report from the past few days. Weather has been pretty settled with winds mainly South or South West, recently we have had small tides this has allowed us to fish deeper water, this has produced upto 40 spurdog upto 17lb, along with smoothounds to 14lb 4oz. Some nice blonde rays and thornbacks also showing into double figures. Cod to 4lb and some nice sized whiting.

Well what a day or two!!!
Cod to just under 6lb, spurdog to just under 17lb, blondes to 14lb , small eyed to 10lb, spotted rays to 3lb,thornback to 8lb. Loads of dogfish. Fishing in the Channel is good at the moment with the smaller tides allowing us to go after a mixed bag of fish.

First trip out with Skipper Mike this weekend and i absolutely loved it. Being more of a fresh water angler i was assisted in every way possible including the all important constant tea and coffee. As for fish we caught loads and i would recommend this to anyone new to angling as well as the experienced. 10 out of 10. Get on board!
First time on Teddie boy for me today and must say I'm well impressed...skipper Mike was fantastic putting us right on our target species witch were hounds and tope...a very knowledgeable skipper and a genuine all around nice guy....thanx Mike for a great day
First time ever sea fishing and I was recommended to go with teddy boy charters. And I was not disappointed! Lovely skipper, lots of banter and most of all lots of fish. Young lad with mountains of knowledge about fishing and the fish themselves. Will be going again! And would recommend to anyone!
Been out with Michael a few times, and not always the best conditions and he still managed to get us on the fish, he may be young but he knows his stuff, and he is a really nice bloke, i would recommend him to anyone thinking of going Sea Fishing, always a great day and looking forward to the next one.
