Much better , fruit and veg a great improvement on before . Didn't visit new restaurant but it looks lovely . Never seen so much staff on shop floor sure that might change in the future. All in all a great deference on before and will definitely be back next week .

I don't Normally leave reviews but wanted to Thank you for the rare option of vegan food at your cafe today. And one lady specifically who quickly offered to make my son a suitable vegan sandwich as an alternative to the kids grab bag menu which had only cheese or ham. I was really impressed with this ladies offer and response to our needs and lovely customer service. Don't know her name by she had blonde hair and looked very busy - but this didn't stop her being a fab employee! I hope this review gets passed on to her!

enjoyed shopping it wasn't difficult to understand new layout cafe and clothes to left food to front household things to back staff was helpful and polite enjoyed the cafe and food will be back

I love it except took ages to find the crisps eventually found them in the aisle marked Drinks....my only complaint

I am a big Tesco shopper and I must say it was really nice to have a member of Tesco staff show me where I could go and breastfeed my three month old son and she then asked if I was ok and apologies for any inconvenience the room may be in as it's been so busy, lovely lady very rare in this day xxx

Have been to Tesco today, to up grade my phone, I have to say, Tesco mobile is the best service, plus the advantage of gaining points with every bill paid.

I was served by Rebekah, a very pleasant young Customer Assistant, who dealt with all my queries in a language I could understand!

Very disappointed tonight with glasses shop . My glasses were handed in 10 days ago for lenses to be changed as varifocal lenses needed to be adjusted for second time . Only to be told they still in shop and they would have to send them again tmoz I told the man no as I have been struggling with work with old glasses so be back to pick them up . Only to be quickly told oh ok no problem see ya tmoz quick enough to take my money really bad service and will never ever use your shop again and tell friends the same paid a lot of money for them fuming

I appreciate the new layout will take time to get used to so no prob, but putting the self scan and scan as you shop in the same place .. hate it. I scan as you shop to save time queuing, huh no chance now. Then when it's busy you've got members of staff shouting up to people in the queue "next please" it's like being in McDonald's, then you have to dodge everyone at their tills to get past. Please split it back up it's terrible.

Find the new layout a bit confusing still but the installing of free charging points for my Nissan Leaf mean I will be calling in regularly even though there are 2 Tesco stores closer to my home address

Not been there to shop since the "makeover"... heard a lot of people not liking it so thought i would take this opportunity to try it myself...

Not impressed on the electrical depart.. could always get whatever i wanted in the store not so now... food side seems okay. But if you want clothing or coming in for food you should be happy. Didnt get what i wanted in the store ended up going to currys in Morfa.. but did enjoy breakfast... (but didnt intend on having breakfast there). All staff sem to want to talk to you about is how bad they are being treated and how the company is treating them since the change... very unlikely to go again. Will go to Pontardawe in future.

New layout is awful - previous was more orderly and now just trying to be less of a supermarket but rather a department store! Not streamlined not orderly.

I am extremely disappointed at the rate of decline I am seeing in your store, having shopped with you for many years I am at the point that I am considering shopping elsewhere. The lack of choice, lines being discontinued. Today I was using the scan as you go and after completing my weekly shop I was presented with a message saying I have been selected for a trolly check, after a few minutes the single checkout chap finally got to me after dealing with other self scan customer problems only to tell me the device didn’t work, it happens all the time and for me to rescan using another device or to queue at a checkout, no apologies! Speaking to the checkout lady she tells me it has been like this since Christmas. I also noted 2 other customers with the same issue. I went and spoke to customer service who seems numb to the problem saying it is a rare occurrence which obviously it isn’t. Not a single apology! I would suggest if your technology doesn’t work then switch it off rather than annoying your revenue stream. Not so loyal customer anymore. Dan

when your online page says you have an item in stock to go there and be told it is out of stock on Friday and it takes 24 hrs to update the stock . so on a Sunday. .. you have no stock . lazy staff and systems that dont work and to be told order off line for home delivery when no one will be home as we both work... and to pay for delivery.. sort it out .

Went to the photo shop on Thursday to purchase a block .....ordered medium block which clearly states in the window £4.50 when my daughter went to collect it the woman charged £9........when I returned to ask the woman.....she was so rude thing me that it's only 4.50 if you spend 2pound on prints.....which is absolute rubbish as I had bought one there last week....such a rude argumentative woman

Very poor choice, grocery dept downsized drastically , we won't be back, Asda from now on unless it's changed, was a great shop before now it's very poor, people man handling bread that's not covered with paper, everything downsized lack of fresh veg, poor

Thank you Tesco for spoiling our Easter Lunch - the turkey we bought from you on Friday dated 18th April is absolutely rancid. It will be a vegetarian lunch for the family today! Severely disappointed & unimpressed!
