The Byres Bakehouse produces bespoke celebration and wedding cakes along with specialised handcrafted chocolates using the finest quality of ingredients.
The Byres Bakehouse Description
Cakes can be ordered in various flavours including: Madeira, Chocolate, Lemon, Chocolate and Malteser, Raspberry and White Chocolate, Fruit, Lime and Coconut and Carrot.
Chocolates can be produced from simple sweets to wedding treats. Products can also be produced for festive periods and can be personalised and gift wrapped.
Booking is essential for all orders. Orders must also be collected from the premises except for wedding orders where a delivery service is available at a charge.

Joanne’s cake was absolutely amazing and her service was second to none. As it was such a hot day she went the extra mile to make sure our naked cake stayed put on the day and I can’t thank her enough. Everyone was complimenting both the taste and the look of our cake. I absolutely loved it, it was exactly what we had pictured and looked amazing set up in our barn. The white chocolate and raspberry layer was so different and so tasty � Thank you so much Joanne xx
Joanne was amazing! We got our wedding cake from her, she was able to deliver exactly what we wanted and made it all do easy and simple. The hardest thing was choosing between all the delicious flavours! I couldn't believe there was absolutely no cake left from our wedding. I will definitely be getting more cakes from her, just to get some more of that raspberry and white chocolate cake!
Joanne created a beautiful bird cage wedding cake for us and did exactly as we asked! Everyone complimented on how beautiful it was and the cake was delicious. I would highly recommend the strawberry and champagne and the malteaser cake was very popular! I would highly recommend Joanne thank you so much!
